Cleanliness of the exam room was adequate but a quick sweeping of the exam room floor would have been nice.

Everything was wonderful. We had a kitty that needed an abscess drained and Thor that we got in quickly and it was much more affordable than I thought. I was very happy. 3 days later we returned to have that kitties drain removed and for him and our other kitty to get their shots. As previously requested, however, please change the name on the account. Gayle Dillon has dementia, my husband and I now care for the cats and her. So please change name to Tammy Rice. Or add me as a second on the account, please. Thanks you so much.

I had the best experience there yesterday since we started coming there. Everyone was warm and friendly and Dr. Downs was so sweet amd loving towards Cami. She really showed she cared and for her welfare. Dr. Downs explained everything to me thoroughly and answered all my questions. The techs were gentle and loving to Cami as well. I really appreciate the kindness of all the staff.

Everyone made me feel so welcome. I really felt that everyone cared for my puppy. I loved coming here.

The prices are a little hi for alot of people that are on a fixed income.

We were visiting friends and our dog was suffering from spinal problems. We were about to run out of here pain meds and unable to see our regular veterinarian in Greenville. The folks at Old Dominion Veterinary Clinic took her in, assessed her, and provided enough meds to get her back home safely. EVERYONE at the clinic was kind, friendly, professional, and caring. Dr. Downes, who examined our dog Lily, was reassuring and expert, not to mention kind. Thank you, everyone at ODVC! You re the best!

Everyone was great but the vet that treated Ace,she has a problem with the pit breed. I would rather her not treat Ace any longer, can I request Dr.Spangler for future visits.?

I didn t have an appointment with our most recent visit. My dog had a seizure at 5am and I was in the parking lot of Old Dominion when they opened at 8. They took us right to a room and took great care if my baby. Thank you!!!

The vet assistant was very friendly and explained the medicine and dosage and the veterinarian was very thorough and thoughtful to Isabelle I’m very satisfied with you guys and will bring her back to get her shots when she is better
