I love Dr. Shelley and her staff. If I wasn t pleased with them I would visit one of the at least ten vets within 5 miles from my house instead of driving 25 miles.??

The staff members are all happy, friendly and most importantly, patient with me and all 3 of my pups. It is so important to feel everyone isn’t just doing their jobs but that they do care??

I would love to see a discount given to senior citizens. Living on a fixed income makes it hard to give pets the care they sometimes need.

Fixing the computer problems would help everyone, including the staff.

Ricky and I have the most trust with Dr Spanglar and all the Vet crew and has took time out to talk with us and help us get through a very hard time, Thank each and everyone of you for all your help and kindness and The girls that work the front desk has even been wonderful and kind and getting us in again Thank you all The Hortons!!??

I understood the office was extremely busy due to a health scare for half of the office. So the wait don’t bother me that much. I was more worried over the health of my cats.

Love your clinic! Been to many that were awful. You guys rock!

I have had dogs my entire life and had many veterinarians. Dr. Spangler and her staff are not just another veterinarian office. They know me when I call and are prompt at assisting any and all needs. They are more than a business. They are friends and don’t know what I’d do without them. They truly care for my fur babies and myself. Everyone speaks, smiles, (if needed) gives hugs, and advice. I couldn’t be more proud to support a locally owed family run establishment. I wouldn’t think of taking my babies anywhere else. Thank you all for everything you do. My Sidney is recovering from surgery and will be back in April for his yearly exam. Tammy Hale

Note to doctor Spangler, Hills Pet Food Co. may contact you. I called them also about the 2.9 Oz cans of tuna stewed cat food. Nova has the same reaction to that one, will not eat it, and they said that formula changed in Oct. also. Just like other 5.5 oz. canned Ocean Fish scratches on the floor around bowl like he s covering up poo. I m just wondering still if something is wrong with this new food formula.
