Amazing facility, all staff is friendly and so great to work with, I highly recommend this facility.

What I liked best was that I was able to stay with my pet the whole time. He is shy and your staff was reassuring. He became relaxed and the experience was great. I especially liked it when the girl showed him a stick with cheese to distract him while he was getting the shot.

I love this vet practice. Techs are wonderful.

We are very happy with Dr. Cross, she s GREAT!!! other comment: My dog came home smelling of perfume or some scent. I think it was perfume, my husband thinks it s scented dryer sheets (we could smell that from the examining room previously). Who is wearing perfume around dogs? We had to wash her today even though she had a procedure yesterday. My dog was so grateful, she licked me 25 time to show her gratitude for getting the smell off. BTW, I rebandaged her and she s fine. I have chemical sensitivities, and it s documented at the office.

Wow! Extremely friendly and professional staff! My dog was NOT cooperative, but Fern and Dr. Cross were so patient with her and so kind to her. I would recommend this veterinary practice to anyone and everyone!

I was able to come in to fill a cancelled appointment so l was very grateful to have my dog seen. Under the circumstances, l did not mind the wait. Staff explained the exam results and concerns. Staff was helpful in finding a follow up appointment that fit my schedule.
