We absolutely love Dr Cross and will be back to bring our other animals. The staff and Vet Tech were super patient and friendly. We ll be back!

We are very happy with Dr. Cross, she s GREAT!!! other comment: My dog came home smelling of perfume or some scent. I think it was perfume, my husband thinks it s scented dryer sheets (we could smell that from the examining room previously). Who is wearing perfume around dogs? We had to wash her today even though she had a procedure yesterday. My dog was so grateful, she licked me 25 time to show her gratitude for getting the smell off. BTW, I rebandaged her and she s fine. I have chemical sensitivities, and it s documented at the office.

Wow! Extremely friendly and professional staff! My dog was NOT cooperative, but Fern and Dr. Cross were so patient with her and so kind to her. I would recommend this veterinary practice to anyone and everyone!

I was able to come in to fill a cancelled appointment so l was very grateful to have my dog seen. Under the circumstances, l did not mind the wait. Staff explained the exam results and concerns. Staff was helpful in finding a follow up appointment that fit my schedule.

The visit went much more smoothly than we ever could have hoped! Everything was explained to us in a way we could understand and I felt as though they really cared for our pets while we were there! Definitely found a forever vet. Thank you guys!

It was great! Got me in the same day. So kind to me and my dog. Dr. took time to let my dog warm up to her. She let me ask questions and gave detailed answers which I liked. I like having information.

Winston doesn t like many people, but he absolutely loves Dr. Cross!

I have been taking my dog Cozette to Family Pet since I rescued her about 5 years ago and have always been more than satisfied with all of her treatment. She suffers from seizures so we have seen the doctors many times thru the years.

Since the facility is in a remodeling process things were not in order as previously, but everything was still neat and clean. I had an emergency situation with my young dog and they accommodated me immediately which I totally appreciated.
