We are so happy with this clinic. We had the same vet for years until his health deteriorated and had to close. The loving care we have received in so very difficult time has helped us heal and move forward. Now have a 5 month old puppy who came to us afraid of people, doors and things were still discovering. They have won her heart ??. Amazing staff and tech s and veterinarians. Thankful to hav found a new clinic that gives so much. Thank you all, Dee Trembath

Felt like Aggie was seen with care and love as always and the best courses of action for her age and abilities were discussed thoroughly. We were presented with options to continue current meds or start a new course - feeling clear about how to monitor her quality of life as she enters her 15th year and ideas to improve her accessibility around the house. Family Pet Hospital(FPH) has cared for our beloved pets for over four years. We love everyone at FPH. Everyone is dedicated, caring, and professional and always does their best to ensure that you and your pets are given the best possible care.

Always a good experience at Family Pet Hospital. Everyone is super friendly and professional and great with my dogs. The dogs actually like going to the vet!

As new clients to FPH we were very pleased with the care for our dog, Patches. Two days after our first visit, we went back due to an emergency and great care. Recommended we see neurologist at CASE which we did. They called ahead to let them know we were coming and we were able to be seen by a doctor right away.

We had an emergency with our fur baby and they fit us in the same day! He has behavior issues at the vet and the whole staff understands and works with him and us. Dr Reuter took extra time to take care of his foot. They take amazing care of all three of our babies. Every employee appreciates that they are our children that have 4 legs and fur and that we are protective of them. We will only take our kids to the vets there!

Dr. Molly has been seeing Ember since her first puppy exam. She is excellent, personable and caring!

I noticed on my billing invoice that I need another appointment for a booster shot, but no one stated at the time of the appointment that I was going to need to come back soon. If I hadn t read over the statement, I m not sure if I would receive any notice from the office that this vaccine wasn t considered complete without the booster.
