Smooth process start to finish. My only suggestion is for people in my particular position, receiving financial help. There was no place in the sign up process to opt out of billing and down payments. You just have to skip it and see what happens. Maybe a slightly different sign up would be less anxiety inducing. Otherwise, great service with very kind staff, thank you!

I realize that you are VERY busy, but I had a 2 hr. wait for dropping off for spaying and I sat under the tent for 45 minutes to pick them up. I was passed by numerous times while other who came after me, and were behind me in line, were helped. After I got home I found erroneous/wrong information on my paper work. This distressed me, and when I called in to question the paper work I was told that they were still catching up, or something like that, and would be sure it is correct eventually. I appreciate everything you have done for ALL the cats that I brought in. As soon as I can save up, I still have 5 kittens to be fixed in the near future. Thank you.

I have found that the care and professionalism from all the staff I have met is excellent and I would always recommend KC Pet Projects to anyone and everyone. I also have to say that the vet that spayed my rescued dog did a remarkable stitching job on her. It was the best stitch job I have ever seen and I have seen 100s.

the information and video on the website was so helpful! i also appreciate the financial assistance since im on a teachers salary, so i appreciate an affordable procedure since at my vet it would’ve been $600! amy and the other nurse i worked with were so helpful and kind! they answered all my questions and were so sweet. i was so nervous and cried a few times during this process since i love my dog so much and was so worried but you guys made it so much easier! thank you for everything ill be recommending pet resource forever!

I rescued a stray pyrenees in poor condition, got her healthy, was fostering her, & lined up for a home as I scheduled her to be spayed.I was not offered any HWP for her, and her records noted she was aggressive. If she demonstrated any aggressive behavior, noone informed me. She has been very sweet, working well with intergrating with my personal 3 dogs (huskies), 5 cats, even meeting new dogs on trails & dog parks. It is very difficult to communicate with anyone, despite leaving phone messages and emails.
