There is no other place in Kansas City that offers the quality care that Pet Resource does. While I sat in my car waiting for my puppy to taken in to be spayed I realized how much experience the vets inside get. I am so impressed with the care and compassion these people have.

I felt the girl checking us in must of been new because she was not friendly and the vet told me my cat was loosing hair because of fleas. I brought her home bathed her in flea shampoo and nothing. We just saw the vet for this three weeks ago and he said she had allergies The vet and the girl helping continued to argue with me. I found out what it was she s allergic to her cat food. Very sad they wouldn t listen to anything I said

I was never before told my dog Princess needed to be brought in on tranzadone cause she was to anxious kind-of shocked me. I asked if they could look at her paw pad cause it s swollen which had been noticed when I called and scheduled appointment and when I emailed I offered to go back the 2nd time with her cause she s very attached to me and would be calmer and was told no, when they came back with her they said they didn t get to look and to bring her to emergency Monday, so I will

Thank you for offering the feral or community cat package. I would ask if you would not require the ear tip because some Of us who rescue want to find homes for some Of the community cats that are friendly. We are finding many cats that are dumped. So not all feral cats are crazy and have to be put back out. But, we can’t afford to pay higher prices out of our pockets. We are rescuing and paying for all this out of our own money.

I wish there was an easier way to give the medicine to my cat. The oral medication is a bit of a struggle, but we can do it. Otherwise, we have NO complaints, and she is doing well! Thank you so much!

I was very apprehensive about using a vet service other than the vet we have had for more than 20 year, but the cost of the spay for our puppy was so prohibitive we had to find another solution. My daughter recommend your services and I am so grateful. Not only was her spay affordable but the staff was so kind and reassuring and even remembered me when i came back to pick her up. The healthcare was top notch. Even her little shaved belly was perfectly done!! Thanks for taking such good care of our little girl!!!

This was my first time to find out about your place. I brought my Shelby in to be spayed and I know she was really scared and I can tell she was well taken care of while she was there. Thank you for making her a number one priority while she was there.

I could never thank this place enough for the quality care we got for our three pups. Our dogs are not used to being outside of the house, walking on a leash, or being around new people, but the staff did great at making sure they were taken care of and comfortable. We have already recommended it to a couple friends to show our support and plan on donating in the near future to help the people that helped us!

When all my other pets were spayed and neutered there they were microchipped no one told me if this time button was microchipped or not

I was pleased with everything except this: when I picked up my pet, she instructed me to keep the collar on her for 10-14 days. I looked at my cat in the carrier and didn t see a collar. She assured me there was one in the carrier. There was not, so when I got home, I had to leave my cat and go back out in the rain and purchase one. But thanks for everything else!
