Very good service, friendly and respectful

Everyone there and on the phone are always so caring! It means a lot with my fur baby?

I was very upset. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. There was a volunteer at the car next to me and acknowledged I was there. It was another 10 minutes before she came to my window. I gave her my pets name and what he was there for. She said she would bring the forms. I waited another 18 minutes before I got a different volunteers attention. She went in the truck and came back and said I am told you have papers for me. I said no, Noone brought them out. She finally got them, which took me only a few minutes to complete them. In the meantime I am waiting for someone to come get the completer forms while cars who were there after me were being supplied forms and being helped. I finally had to hold them up in the air out my window to get someone s attention. It was not a good experience thag day.

I ve always had a pawsitive experience at PRCKC. I realize there is such a high volume of patients but people do usually have to block out two plus hours for an app. I think telling people in the confirmation email will better prepare them for that!

Every time I take my pets for their vacines everyone makes me feel welcome and they are very nice with my dogs and cats. :)

As always the staff was awesome. It is very apparent that everyone working at your Center has the well being of our previous pets as their mission. Thank you!

I appreciate your company, employees and the help you give to all the animals. The only thing to suggest is a quicker in & out procedure. I had to wait an hour and a half to drop P K off Friday. Thank you for everything though you’re all amazing

I am a volunteer at PRCKC and I am amazed at the discount I received for my pets vaccinations. I also was very impressed with the service I received during my visit. From the phone call to the pet runners everyone was so polite and friendly. Thank you PRCKC for providing such service to people who can’t afford this care for their pets. I received better service from PRCKC than I ever have at a full service veterinary clinic. Great work from a great team. Thank you so much!!!

The lady who helped us at our car was super nice, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. They were super efficient and it s so helpful you guys come out here because if not who KNOWS when/IF I d have the time to take a day off work and drive all the way to KC and back. Will be coming back!

The team is the best ever!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered the names of the women I spoke with, but the one who helped me set up my appointment understood the urgency of my situation with a pregnant stray and quickly helped me set up an appointment. She was so kind and helpful in a stressful situation. The woman who filled out my paperwork while Olive and I waited in line was also so friendly. Everyone really made me feel like brining Olive there was the best choice for her and I instantly felt at ease. I truly am so thankful to the staff there!

You give excellent services, so everyone can afford to give their pets the royal treatment. And they will always stay healthy. Please everyone neuter your pets and get them vaccinated. Also please microchip all your pets, just incase they ever get lost.

I love Pet Resource Center. They are always kind when you go in and they love the dogs and the cats and other animals as they get and I want you. I want to tell you guys that I’m probably gonna have some food for you. It’s like a 5 gallon bucket, but I need to put it in in a plastic bag if you guys could bring one because I need the bucket to put black size diet in so I would appreciate it if you could You know if you could could help me pick up the food cause I am blind so thank you so much.

My dog Cody never gets anxious whenever we pull into the parking lot. We both know he s in good hands. The routine you have in place since the pandemic has really worked very well for pet parents and staff. Keep up the great work!

Very quick and effective. Helpful to sign in via the QR code but it was quite small so had to get out of the car to scan it. Everything was easy and I appreciate all you do for pets in the community.
