The intake form is really hard to fill out. It’s texted to you, but it is not mobile-friendly. It doesn’t work on an iPad at all. I highly recommend using a service like Jotform. We struggled to fill it out and finally did, but then when my husband dropped off our pets he was given a paper form to fill out anyway. Also, this survey on mobile has five gold stars for every question.... it’s very unclear if you are supposed to click on them? I did, (tap... again, on mobile) but nothing changed so I just moved to be next question. I would think they would be empty/outline stars until you click and then fill in to indicate how many stars you gave it. That’s not what happened. Actual service was great. We mainly went there because of price. Our cats are doing great although wearing cones seemed totally unnecessary so we took them off. My only issue was the form-filling process.

Everything from calling for the appointment to getting the dogs vaccinated was easy! The friendliest staff at every point of the process, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this service! thank you for making it painless, I will recommend to all my family and friends!

I have just one suggestion: Sometimes when I call to schedule an appointment, there can be a long wait for a representative to become available. It would be wonderful if you could implement a call back system so customers don t just have to wait on hold. Thanks!!

I read about your van that could come and give my Dolly her shots she has always been taken care of by PRKC. I live in a Senior only apts and adked if i could tell others of this service the girl said yes. You made 8 seniors very grateful. Pricing we can handle and they came to us just what we needed. I couldn t actually see the clinic nor interact much with the staff due to covid. My cat was very well cared for and is healing nicely.

I was unhappy it see the tech using choking force on my dog! It s normal for dogs to be nervous and I was troubled hearing my dog yell out!! I do plan to come to office over my concern. I am thankful for services!!!I would have to tell of my experience when referring

Well I do got to say,had my dog Izzie shots and fixed.Shes had a few problems since.Took her back down there cause her breathing has been off? When your place checked her out and they brought her back to the car,the lady said she sounds ok and that maybe my dog(breathing an all) that maybe my dog was milking it .What,didn t find that amusing.I most say that when you all wasSpay/Nuetur,everyone seemed to be more caring,and now that your part of KCPetProject,....well tell me is it about only the monies?or what.Not tryingtobe crude, but to tell my dog is milking it,that was unprofessional Sincernly.

This place is such a blessing! I haven’t been able to spay my cats because of the cost being too much for me to handle for 1 let alone 3 cats that I have and I was able to get mama cat spayed AND her 2 kittens vaccinated and not break the bank, super awesome people just wanting to help take care of our fur babies, you guys rock!!
