After/If Covid goes away, I think you should keep the drive-up system. It just so much easier not having to worry about all these animals interacting while we are waiting. It was actually soo much faster than it ever was before, and safer too!

I made an appointment for vaccines (which apparently take less then 5 minutes to give) and still waited in the parking lot for over an hour! I constantly called the phone number to check in for my appointment and received no answer or the voice mail for 30 solid minutes. When the phone was finally answered the guy tried to shoe me off the phone because I wasn t at the front of my line. What s the point of an appointment?!? Luckily the lady in front of me was getting her dog as I was on the phone, so I managed to get him to not hang up on me. Even after my checking, we waited another 25 minutes for our dog to be seen. And his appointment was incredibly brief. I appreciate the cost savings that your organization offers, but I m not sure it s worth the frustration. Maybe this is just a pandemic problem, but it really was a horrible experience.

It was a disaster no one knew anything or where we needed to go. Workers walked around like they did not ‘now what was going on. The staff was baffled on how to move the lines of cars. It was backed, no movement, just an unorganized mess!

I am of low income and have been treated as if I was a millionaire because of the friendliness and compassion I feel from talking with them, my kitten Milo means the world to me she found me at a bad time in my life and I totally trust The Pet Resources with her, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reasonable cost for there furry loved ones, THANK YOU!!

I don t know what wait times were like before coronavirus and doing the lines via cars in the lot, but advice on arrival time versus appointment time would be helpful. I was 15 minutes early for my cat s vaccination appointment, but she got in 20 minutes after appointment. The shots part was fast, but it would have helped me to have an estimate of total time to expect ahead of time. Appreciate the free wifi, though. Thank you for your service to KC s pets!

Things were not clear on parking so I pulled over to the right in a parking spot because in front it said surgery we were not there for surgery Got there about 15 minutes early tried calling couldn’t get through for the first 30 minutes 15 minutes after our appointment somebody came up to us and said are you a family of three I said no we’re here for our cats we have 20 I said been trying to call can’t get through she said OK what is your cats name is I’ll go and check find out what’s going on about five minutes later she came back out went to a different car help them never came over to us and told us what she found out or anything just left Us hanging in the meantime I kept trying to call so couldn’t get through now we are 30 minutes past your appointment time the lady had came back through to another car so that’s the second car without stopping and telling if anything I stopped her she went back in and checked again finally came out and said they’re having trouble with the phone lines just keep trying to call so I did and she said that we were parked in the wrong spot we should’ve parked to the left of where it said surgery which I did not see that you couldn’t tell Ice I was surgery why didn’t she tell us that in the first place why wait 45 minutes later and An hour and I finally got through on the phone and then the lady I talk to you on the phone was kind of rude I was just trying to figure out what was going on and all she cared about was taking my money and I was like I just want to know how much longer you think we’re gonna be because of all the misunderstanding and she’s like well if you basically hurry up give me your card number we can get the process moving I didn’t feel comfortable with that if that was my only choice if I was going to get the cat shots so I gave her my card number but I feel like she could’ve been a little nicer and told meA little bit more all I wanted to know is if we were next in line if there was three or four ahead of us what but I guess that part was impossible to tell anybody so the friendliness was not there at all on either employee or volunteer whatever they are

I waited more than 30 minutes to drop off and pick up my pet for surgery. I arrived on time, and dove to pick up as soon as I got the text that he was ready. I think I got stuck behind people who hadn’t filled out paperwork online beforehand... I feel like designated lines for paperwork and online pre-registration would be beneficial. I understand things get hectic and certain things are out of your hands but I felt like it was stressed to arrive at my appointment time or else I wouldn’t be checked in, but in the end it really didn’t matter.
