This was our second interaction with services from Pet Resource Center and couldn t express a more positive experience with having our kitty spayed. One suggestion would be to let owners dropping pets off for surgery or shots that it could take an additional 15min or so just to do the drop off due to covid and lining cars up. I had an appointment to get to with my daughter that morning, and was told not to be early to drop our kitty off, so I had hoped it wouldn t take more than 5 minutes to drop our kitty off only to discover it takes awhile to do that. I would still give top ratings because that was more of a personal issue but I think it could help others on a time crunch to know that. Thank you!

Although I love PRCKC, the wait time is far too long. Why make an appointment? I had to wait almost an hour for our appointment. It s a long drive to the facility in the first place. My poor, old mama cat couldn t hold her bladder that long and ended up coming home soaked in urine and sitting in a wet kennel. She didn t appreciate having to have a bath when we got home. Please consider not overbooking appointment times.

I was very impressed on how organized everything was from the very beginning starting at the young man in the booth directing you and informing you of the process the staff that I had contact with from the very beginning to the end very pleasant and easy to deal with. I would like to suggest that customers that have appointments should be in lanes 1& 2. Cars with no numbers were in 1& 2. Overall it went very well!

I needed to neuter my cat but needed financial assistance. Customer service was excellent and understanding. She helped me with my issue and got me a quick appointment. Everyone was friendly!!!

The staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful answered any and all questions that I would have.

Said one star to first question due to covid I m un able to see the inside of the facility but form the outside it looks clean and well taken care of. I would also say please let your people who answer the phone to let people know if its a follow up from surgery they will still have to pay to get checked out. And last the person who directs were to go in line was very nice and he very helpful on letting us know how things will go for surgery. I do love this place and will definitely be coming back for any of my fur babies needs.

We have been with you since Angel Hearts Rescue started in 2013 spay/neutering & vaccinating houseless people s dogs and cats. I started coming long before Angel Hearts Rescue when I was doing dog rescue on my own for many years. We are more than happy with the staff and the services that our houseless and low income families dogs and cats receive. Thank you for supporting our mission and waving the fee for the houseless dogs and cats that are spay and neutered.

1st time here. I was amazed at the number of cars dropping off pets yet, both when dropping off and picking up, the staff made us feel like we were the only ones. They took time to explain everything and address our concerns. Very impressed ...5 stars!!!
