I would recommend changing the way/order that you all are currently seeing pets. When I first got there, all 4 lanes had 1 car in them, so I got behind a car in lane 4. My appointment was at 12:50 and I got there at 12:40. However, all of the cars in lanes 1-3 left before lane 4 so people that got there after me were helped before me simply because of the lane I chose by chance. If there was a way to make a single line that would then go into the next open lane then I think that would be more beneficial. I also saw cars that were not first in line getting in before me since they didn’t follow directions. I ended up waiting outside for 45 minutes for a vaccination appointment that took less than 5 minutes. The appointment was quick and I appreciate that, but it was frustrating to see people being helped before me that had gotten there after me.

You did your job, however we had an appointment for our girls, made it, followed the instructions, in calling, got voicemail so lect message. I fell asleep. appointment eas at 1:30 however, noone contacted us, my number is on file si since we cslled in saying we mightbe late. I d think that a car in parking lot after everyone has left not to mention the fact that thedriver was passed out. Shouldhave warranted investigation. Instead when I realized that it was now close of business and we had yet to be seen, I cslled amd asked bow that we ve seemed to be fogitten since we ve been passed over by every one. Can we get our turn? She asked who we were and when she couldn t find us or our message left. I demandedwe be seen. She also saw fit to argue with uds oug leaving a msg suggesting that none of there phones took msgs. WE GOT NO APOLOGY FROM ANYONE AND FELT LIKE WE WERE THE BLAME FOR WAIYING IN A HOT CAR FOR 2.5 HOURS WITH NO FACILITIES. IF IT WASN T FOR THE FACT THAT I CAN T AFFORD ANYTHING ELSE BUT YOU GUYS, I WOULD HAVE MADE THIS MY LAST TRIP. DEPENDING ON WHETHER YOU RESPOND PERSONSLLY TO THIS LENGTHY REVIEW. I had an appointment just to get food from the pantry, and you guys went way above my expectations! With not have working for the past 2 months, being able to check something off my list was so nice! Not even just the dog food, but also the treats, the wet food AND the shampoo! SOOO appreciated!! Thank you!!

Due to COVID-19, I was not able to enter the building but from what I could tell at the drop off and pick up the office was clean and that is why I put 5. The service was for booster shots so it was very quick and I appreciated the correspondence with Kelsey to set up the appointment over email.

I wish I had more time to get to know my vet and make me comfortable to ask questions about my pup. I did not get the opportunity to talk to my vet and had some questions unanswered over the phone. I do understand the Corona issue and the safety standards that need to be met. But I wish I had gotten more time to get to know the vet. Thank You.

Even thought I haven’t brought my dog here to get shots or groomed or anything, when I was in need of dog food to feed my 5 month puppy they were will to help. I was so surprised by the food that was given with the treats, wet dog food and a cute bag as well. I had even missed my appointment and just showed up two days later and they still helped me this is a wonderful place and Organization and it’s very few places like this one. So from what I’ve seen by the love for pets and helping when we always can’t show me so much , n from now on we will drive the 20 to get whatever my pet needs grooming, vaccines we will be here.

I still appreciate the service that you offer the community and as such I m just letting you know the issue I had with the new procedures you have initiated for the ongoing pandemic. When someone calls any of the # s listed if they are busy it says this line has no VM and Hangs Up on you. It never advises you that the line is busy or to please call back in 1-2 minutes. You could even write that on the sign. And when I pointed this out everyone was like well yeah you have to call back....but how would one know to do that if it never says it is busy. Since I kept calling the # s listed and kept getting that response, I started to call different # s trying to reach someone when I did I was told it was fixed and someone would call me shortly. I waited outside in the rain for 30 minutes and no phone call. I had to call all the # again repeatedly till someone answered. Only to be told How they forgot about me.
