The staff at this facility was extremely nice and helpful. They really care about the customers and all the pets coming in. Whitney helped me twice and is so nice and really made me feel at ease in leaving my pet with this facility. Thank you for all you do there.

Your drop and pick-up lines are not well organized, and that makes some pet owners to lose patience and take over other people s turn. So far my pet is doing fine, but not happy about his collar.
