You need to be better about realistic time expectations, my appointment was 8 am I got there at 7:55 and my dog was not picked up from my car until 8:30 I got a text she was fine and went to pick her up, sent a text like the sheet said at 10:40, no one came out for 40 minutes so I called and they said that was a mistake and they would be right out, but then I waited another 20 minutes before anyone came out

I have appreciated your services for years but this year was even better. I hate to say it but COVID has pushed your services over the edge in a good way. It was safe, fast and appreciated.

They took great care of my cat! He wasn’t doing so well after anesthesia and I got texts throughout the whole process and recovery ensuring me everyone would stay late until my boy was safe to come home. If I could give them 6 stars I definitely would!

All of the staff is very very very friendly and helpful. I am so happy I was recommended to Pet Resource center.

I just want to say thank you because I get a lot of strays fixed and the cost helps me to do this. The only problem is after I fix them they never leave, lol.

I love that you offer reasonable and cheap services to keep pets healthy! I love that you have a vet mobile so convenient when you have multiple pets!

Only disappointment is the communication by phone. No one answered the phone and I never received. Call back. I kept calling and on the 6th day, someone answered. Also, we were asked to be there by 8. We were the second car and we were not talked with until 8:25.

We will be bringing in the girl cats to be fixed.

Have used them twice to gave one my cats spayed and nurtured. Both times very helpful friendly. Was low cost to but good service.
