Shamoos appointment for a checkup, vaccine shots and treatments for flea&ticks, as well as requests to inform us if shamoo was ready to breed! Since shamoo is a stray that came to adopt me, I wanted, still want, to know details about her currant health. She has a chip, but I’m unable to find out anything more. I’m looking for a more informative vet

My dog, who has been there several times before, was freaked put by the curb side protocol. He became skittish and would not allow his shots to be adminstered in the lobby. The staff ushered him out without his needed yearly vaccines/ license nor any oppurtunity or suggestion of another attempt. Refund was propmt but care would have been better
