I had two coupons for $10 off for vaccinations because I take both my dogs here, but the girl who checked me in refused to let me use both of them even though I was getting two dogs vaccinated and KC Spay and Neuter sent me TWO $10 off coupons to use before 12/26/19. One for one dog and the other was for the other dog. Very annoyed I couldn’t use both of them. I guess KC spay and neuter wanted me to come one day for my first dog and the day after for my second dog.

Ginger was very bruised from sternum to meatus. She cried constantly and did not attempt to scratch. She would try to lick but would just cry. This is her 5th p.o Day and she is finally moving around without crying. The inscision is uneven but healing well. After such a wonderful experience with Jasmin, I was shocked to see that. The Dr. that did Jasmin is comended becsuse she was in heat and had no bruising or unusual paim. I hope I am wrong, but this surgery looked like that of an inexperienced person.

I was very impressed with your caring staff and company. This is the first puppy I ve had. I didn t know what to really expect when bringing her to Spay and Neuter Kansas City. I m glad I chose this company. I stoppedp and got treats for the staff when I got a text message Annie the poodle was ready for pick up. I got a email thanking me for my candy bars. When I arrived at the clinic at 2pm on 12/12, there was a very pungent odor of most likely cat urine. I understand that this is a clinic for animals, but the odor was overpowering. It was detected as soon as I opened the clinic door. Another client that I was chatting with also commented about the smell.

Having a pet fixed is a surprisingly uncomfortable situation. A vulnerable animal that you care for and are responsible for is stressed and confused and has to go through some pain. SNKC gives an aura of professionalism and passion that put me at ease. I m sure my cat s not a fan but he might come around when the cone comes off.

I was supposed to receive 4 days of medicine for Mr. And I did not. Instead I received 2 days worth. I believe it was a mistake as he is a bigger cat and I was told to give 1 ml every 12 hours where as most everyone else was instructed .5 ml every 12 hours. Therefore when given one bottle like everyone before me we asked if that was the correct amount and was told it was. I believe due to the fact Mr. Was the last to wake up they were in a hurry to leave and didn t think about the fact he would need twice as much. Otherwise I m very happy with the services we received.
