My female cat was spayed. She did not get a nail trim nor was there a green tattoo on her belly. Other that that everything was great!

I had a letter to get $10 off if I came in by the 15th which I did———that 10 means a lot as I live on a fixed income——-it would e been nice to get the discount I was lromised—-which I brought in my letter but didn’t get the discount....... I was glad you had an area for pets to be quiet who get excited and bark (like my sarah Bee does)..... that was nice...... but I would like the 10 rebate it could help me a lot....... I made a concerted effort to get in by the 15th and gave the lady at the desk the letter that I printed!!!

The only thing that was frustrating was calling to make an appointment and not getting a returned call or a returned call after completing the information online to schedule a call which said a call would be returned in 48 hours. Scheduling the appointment took us 4 days and each day of us reaching out.

Hello Michelle Rivera, I do have one comment and question for your office. It involved with Jasmine, A Registered Service Animal, that is trained by me, for me. She was taught same skills we used in Puppy For Parole training, and also with some advice from K.C.P.D. trainer to. Jasmine was NOT use to your staff and was startled by the girls. I m was told I could not be in room while giving exams, and weight check.....Why must I ask? Nothing personal or bad just curious??? Jasmine freaked out and is only use to signal with my voice command. Other offices I have taken Jasmine to allow me with her during process to keep calm and under control. Your staff girl, took choker rope and tried to twist it around Jasmines neck and muzzle......that freaked jasmine and myself out. I did open the door to give jasmine a command to sit since she isn t trained for others. Would like a reply or talk with you about this matter so future occurrences wont happen with other pets and owners. You guys are great and love having you as Jasmines vet. Thank you and have a wonderful day

On the pet portal, i can t seem to upload photo of my pet. Also, info on my dog Lucas is there, but my cat Tommi has disappeared from the portal.

They were so good in taking care of princess my pit bull. She can be a bit much at times to handle but they did a really good job and we re very kind to her I would recommend anybody to go here!!

The fact that you now do pet vaccinations on Tuesday thru Saturday is greatly appreciated..

I ve already recommended KC Spay & Neuter to several of my friends. There is not one thing that I can complain about, everyone was not only animal friendly, but people friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving my baby in the hands of the staff. More than anything, I appreciate all the details and instructions that was given to me at the time of drop off and pick up.
