The staff were nice and very understanding. My dog bleu was nervous and they took their time with him. The vaccinations were affordable. All in all we had a great visit. The walk in clinic moves very fast we were not there lost. They also clipped his nails which was a plus.

I wish you guys did appointments..we spent almost 2 hours waiting to get shots that took about 10 mins ...has ro be a better way..even if ask people to prepay for services by appointment

My kitty showed up at my door completely randomly - she chose me instead of the other way around - and I don t know what I would have done if I had to pay the standard rate for spaying/shots/chip. Everything was great! My only thought afterwards... during the checkout process, I was informed one of the kittens (out of 4 total) had fleas and tapeworms. Great information to know but was left wondering later if they he was treated for that? In fairness, I didn t think to ask at the time but wanted to share that feedback. If something like that is identified, also include whether that was treated or not. I did go ahead and treat them all for fleas and worms again when I got them home, just in case. Thanks for all you do for the community! You guys are the best!

They got us back really quick took very good care of our dog. Notified us quickly on his heartworm test. It made it a very good experience.

Spay and nuter Kc went out of their way to assist me after Mojo s heart worm test came back positive. They also were very accommodating of his behavioral needs.

Been going there since my dogs were pups. Excellent service.

I was told that my pup had a heart murmur.... a 2/3 on scale of 6. She was a few days shy of 8 months old and had NEVER heard this before and she has seen our primary Vet, several times. This was obviously a great concern especially if it is to serious for her spay to go forward. I immediately contacted my vet and explained what happened, he was not going to be in the office until late in the day but urged me to bring her right in and they would all take a listen as he had never heard any sort of murmur with her. I had 2 vets (including my vet of 12 years) nobody heard anything wrong with her heart. I dont understand what happened if she was confused with another dog, but it caused me great worry for the day! I like alot of you treat and think of my dogs as my babies and for me to think something was wrong well it is earth shattering. I only hope this does not happen to anyone else.

I have always had a good experience this last visit wasnt the best. I asked for both dogs to have nails trimmed, neither was done but they tried to charge me. It was a much longer wait, seemed unorganized this time, I waited over 30 minutes to check out. I m hoping it was just an off day.

I have had only good, knowledgeable, positive, and friendly experiences with Spay and Neuter Kansas City, and have already been recommending the wonderful services to others, and will definitely continue to do so.

Just on the shear volume of pets coming through your facility, I wonder if the quality is as good as it should be in the operating room. I m sure you try, but it concerns me.

I am a firm believer in your mission and trust your staff implicitly with the health, well-being, and happiness of my fuzzy friend. Albeit a no frills service, it is the most efficient and least traumatic to my pet of any I have experienced.

Could not have been more please. All interactions with staff were wonderful. I had my hands full with a toddler, infant in a stroller and a dog that had no interest in walking into the clinic - a staff member came and helped be just after I got in the door. It was much appreciated.

I was there 5min, and I was already impressed with the staff! Knowledgeable, compassionate... I, too, will be recommending KC Spay and Neuter
