Having a pet fixed is a surprisingly uncomfortable situation. A vulnerable animal that you care for and are responsible for is stressed and confused and has to go through some pain. SNKC gives an aura of professionalism and passion that put me at ease. I m sure my cat s not a fan but he might come around when the cone comes off.

I was supposed to receive 4 days of medicine for Mr. And I did not. Instead I received 2 days worth. I believe it was a mistake as he is a bigger cat and I was told to give 1 ml every 12 hours where as most everyone else was instructed .5 ml every 12 hours. Therefore when given one bottle like everyone before me we asked if that was the correct amount and was told it was. I believe due to the fact Mr. Was the last to wake up they were in a hurry to leave and didn t think about the fact he would need twice as much. Otherwise I m very happy with the services we received.

Our dog was extremely stressed. They came and got her quickly but so quickly I was distracted by express lane finalizations and they walked off with my dog before I could even pet her goodbye for the day. Yes, it was better she got in a secure crate to calm down by my two young boys were crying because they didn’t get to say bye to their dog.

Clinic smelled like cat pee and had numerous pee accidents on the floor. Completely understandable but there should be a clean up station for pet owners to clean up after their pet.

Scheduling my appointments was super easy! Whitney was very friendly and helpful! Checking in my cats for the 1st appointment was super fast and very easy! Pick up was also very quick and efficient! I am glad that I contacted Spay and Neuter Kansas City about having my Mommma cat and her 4 kittens spayed and neutered! I have another appointment coming up and have no anxiety thanks to such an awesome first experience!

I don t have a good understanding of what they did or what future treatments my kittens need. I know the next step is to spay or neuter but do they need future shots xcetera?

In case owner unaware- test if dog pregnant & inform owner prior to spaying. Allow for Informed consent- let owner decide if they want to keep pups or abort.

Thank you for your honest opinions and for the clinic we were refer to for our other dog who needed a full service clinic. Your prompt suggestions and referral saved our family from a possible loss of one of our pets. Had we listened to those prior in getting in touch with you our dog may have become worse and died. Because of you staff we not only found a full service clinic but will continue to visit for our pets basic needs. And thank you for seeing us this past Saturday. My husband was pleased how we were cared for and others who waited for service. Our new puppy and my husband are now part of the pet family for the 1st time. See you again ??

The staff were kind and very professional. There were a lot of clients but the staff took great care of everyone.

I came here last year to get 1 of my rescued dogs vaccinated. After a exceptional experience I subsequently volunteered. Throughout my volunteer experience I noticed a shift in the behavior of the staff. I can tell you this time it was not friendly or customer focused. It was a slow day. It was transactional as if I was a bother. I d pay extra money to feel my dog & I mattered.
