While I was there, your staff was dealing with a difficult customer who did not control her dog and would let it run around with the leash fully extended. You all handled it perfectly and I watched you politely ask her to hold her dog multiple times after she would let it loose. Witnessing that truly shows that you have high customer service standards and are willing to deal with any situation to keep our pets healthy.

This is the second pet I have brought to SNKC and there s a reason I keep coming back. It makes me feel good when I know I can afford to take care of my pets. If I didn t have my pets, I would be miserable. So in essence, this place allows me to breathe.

I wasn t able to get my dog her shots I was sitting there for over and hour and I wasn t even seen the get her shots and I was late to my other appointment

I love the service I get each time I visit your clinic. Your staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I moved up north last year but it’s worth the drive for good service and reasonable prices.

Your pets are thoroughly checked, the staff is super nice and all of patrons needs and concerns are met.

Thank you! Without your help, my family would not be able to have pets. We haven t been able to afford pets since our sweet old 16yo dog died 2 years ago. Now, thanks to your help, my boys have 2 goofy and playful dogs and the 2 dogs have their boys. Thanks again. =)

And despite the packed place full of customers & pets, the staff ran that place like a well oiled machine I was amazed. Not only that but I witnessed such wonderful teamwork. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure that all our questions were answered! I even called after hours and someone got back to me right away with a response!

Our dog Dottie is much loved by our entire family we were a little nervous about the surgery. Once we talked with all the professional staff we knew all would be well with Dottie. I would recommend Spay and Neuter KC without any hesitation.

Such a blessing. I had a very difficult feline who was born in the streets but is now a domesticated cat. The vets and staff handled her with care and were able to work with her aggression.. so thankful!! Her surgery went peruwith no problem post-op.
