Upon first entering the facility I noticed that the odor of pet urine is a bit strong. Don t know how that could be resolved in view of the number of pets that are seen in the clinic on any given day. Over all the experience was great and I m so glad you re here to help the pets and their owners with affordable care.

I was thrilled to find this spade and neuter place in Kansas City I had no idea they were even there they took my pet in right away she was spayed she never had any pain hardly at all she got healed really fast she s back to being herself after four days I was thrilled with the staff and how polite they were and how patient they were... just the best place. I recommend it to anyone who has a pet they love to go there... and the prices are so reasonable... fit my budget thank you for all your help. Spreading the word for sure.

There seems that there should be a better way to check in and check out. I waited 45 minutes to an hour with each check in and check out. (I had another cat in a couple weeks ago and the wait was just as bad).

I love you guys so much. I have posted twice on FB recently recommending you. The only thing that bothers me sometimes is that if a dog is freaking out they just stay in the main room. I wish they could go to the back room or be allowed to wait outside. A dog literally was like breaking my ear drums and barked for (not kidding) roughly 45m straight. I know that s not your fault at all but some sort of plan b might be good. Especially for the sake of nervous dogs and cats in the waiting room. Love you all and so grateful for u!

The staff were nice and very understanding. My dog bleu was nervous and they took their time with him. The vaccinations were affordable. All in all we had a great visit. The walk in clinic moves very fast we were not there lost. They also clipped his nails which was a plus.

Thank you so much for providing this service to Kansas City. My kitty showed up at my door completely randomly - she chose me instead of the other way around - and I don t know what I would have done if I had to pay the standard rate for spaying/shots/chip. She is going to have a long, healthy, and happy life thanks to you :)

Everything was great! My only thought afterwards... during the checkout process, I was informed one of the kittens (out of 4 total) had fleas and tapeworms. Great information to know but was left wondering later if they he was treated for that? In fairness, I didn t think to ask at the time but wanted to share that feedback. If something like that is identified, also include whether that was treated or not. I did go ahead and treat them all for fleas and worms again when I got them home, just in case. Thanks for all you do for the community! You guys are the best!

They got us back really quick took very good care of our dog. Notified us quickly on his heartworm test. It made it a very good experience.
