Great staff who were very friendly and efficient!

Very great staff everyone that works there are kind and understanding my dog has crazy anxiety but the lady that took my dog back somehow managed to make him feel comfortable anyways even with all the other dogs around I will come back here every time, also last but not least they help animals in need with there proceeds so your getting your animal help and helping other animals at the same time great place great staff five stars

Great staff! We were very nervous about the procedure but the staff was awesome at explaining everything and even called to let us know how he was doing once he was in recovery. Will definitely recommend!

Lucy and I very much enjoyed every aspect of our time at Spay and Neuter last week. I clicked on the 5th star for excellence, I couldn t tell if it went thru. Each and every one of you showed the best customer service. You all exhibited a great knowledge base, I know; I asked all of you too many questions and you took the time to answer me. Again, thank you so much ! I hope someone with a female 20 lb. dog will enjoy some clothes and a collar. Pat Ismert and Lucy --who s 12th bday might be June 22.

Merlin loves coming here. I know my dog is safe when he’s willing to jump into the arms of the staff even though he knows he’s there for shots. You guys provide a clean and friendly environment for the community. I appreciate all the care given to Merlin and what you do for the community!

The staff is amazing.

The liquid pain medication that we were given to take home with our cat, Luna, caused her to throw up each time. I would suggest a pill option for a higher likelihood of successful ingestion.

You were out of flea treatment for my dog who happened to be .4 lbs over 20 lbs. I am not sure when I will get it. I think you should have given me the treatment for the under 20lbs. I hope I get the treatment this week since I have paid for it. I would give your access to services a one star.

It s great! It s affordable, clean, and organized! You see the absolute cutest pets and meet the nicest people. I ve been taking my puppy there January and have gone at least six times. Never had a bad experience. The staff knows what they re talking about and are happy to find you a place near you to service your pet if possible. Can t praise KC Spay and Neuter enough!! PS I got a free neuter when he got all his boosters with them!!
