This was my first experience with your organization, and it was excellent. Very efficient and quick check in, friendly service, thorough questions, concise answers/education. Pick up and check out was equally expedient. We live in a rural setting and often have stray cats wander in. This was a painless process to make sure that we are not over run with kittens by the end of summer.

I honestly don t think the cone needed to stay on for 10 to 14 days. I took my dogs off after 4 days and she was fine.

Better education for tech staff is needed. I asked specifically if the heartworm test was a snap 4dx test because I moved here from an area with bad tickborn disease problems and like to test regularly, and she told me “yes it is.” When I checked out it only referenced the result of the heartworm test and I asked the receptionist if they had done the 4dx and she said that you don’t offer that. It’s fine given the low cost but the information provided to me could cause confusion. Likewise I didn’t realize you only offer a one year rabies even though I brought records showing previous rabies vaccines that would enable me to get a three year vaccine. Overall the staff was friendly and the prices were excellent. Just some miscommunication and incorrect information provided by staff.

Everyone is very interactive, they take pride in working with your pets. It’s always a fast process. You also can’t beat their prices. Would definitely recommend Spay & Neuter Kansas City to everyone.

We have had wonderful care for every dog we have brought in. I want good care for our pets. We have limited income and you guys have given me the peace of mind about them being as healthy as possible. Our Blue just had her appointment for getting spayed, and she is doing very well. We appreciate the care she received.

The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable! My cat was neutered here a few days ago and he is doing so well! I have also had 2 dogs and another cat spayed and neutered here. I have to say that the quality of surgical care is amazing, and all of my babies have healed beautifully! I can barely tell there was an incision made on my baby boy cat! Thank you so much for high quality and affordable veterinary care!

I was a little uncomfortable that we weren t able to go back with our pets. I had some questions and felt I had to ask the people getting and returning our pets. I felt rushed because they were so busy.

I was amazing that you all put a cone on my kitty when she is spayed and gave her medicine to go home with to. Plus you all did some blood tests to that wasn t mentioned to me in the quote you gave me to spay, chip and give my Lucy her shot. It really surprised me you all went to great lengths to take care of my kitty and make her comfortable and to make sure that she wouldn t take her stitches to. In all my years of having a lot of kitties you are the first that did this to my kitty. Thank You so much ??. You made her pain free for awhile and made sure that she wouldn t take her stitches out. You all really surprised me and made me really happy.??. I will recommend you all to everyone who asked me about a vet. You out beat my vet that I have had over 15 years.
