The process of check in could be much more efficient. I stood in a line waiting to check in and get paperwork, when I could have filled out this paperwork ahead of time and without instructions.

Everyone was great and really cared for our dog! They gave us all information we needed and wanted right away. It made this process so easy for us and our dog.

I was impressed by the way they worked hard to keep the waiting area clean. Safety for owners and pets.

When I originally set up the appointment, the woman on the phone told me that my pet would be ready for pickup at 430. I was told 3pm upon drop-off. This hurt my work schedule and made my day rushed. Please ensure everyone is informed of times, as we are respectful of yours. Thanks!

when i was there checking out, there was a situation. There was a very long line of people waiting to be checked out, I understand the checkout process is lengthy, however, waiting in line for 45 minutes and as I was next, a man walked in to pick up his animal and DID NOT wait in line, he walked right up to the counter and the girl went ahead and helped him, she didn t even ask if he had been standing in line or was next, there were about 10 of us that were NOT HAPPY to say the least. Even after we told her, she still helped this guy before helping the person (me) who had been standing in line for 45 minutes. This HAS to be addressed by your staff.

I love visiting SNKC in person! So do my pups. Unfortunately trying to get through by phone can be difficult.

that is wonderful and couldn t be better. cost for feral cats is prohibitive when there are several. guess they will just continue to breed unless there is a discount available.

The staff worked like a well oiled machine. Expectations for my appointment were set upon first contact, and they did just as they said even though there was line when I arrived. I was in and out as fast as it could have gone. The staff was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. When I picked up my cat, I was given everything I needed to know plus things to look out for. I was expecting such superior customer service from a vets office. The ladies seemed like they love their jobs. Way to go Spay & Neuter! 5 stars all around from us!

I received great service. Only one thing, I found a flea after I picked up my dog. I am a first time dog owner, so I am not sure if this is normal. Everyone was nice and my dog is recovering fast.

I think your staff does an amazing job. I always feel like they love my dogs as much as I do. I was unaware of how hard it is on female dogs being spayed. My only suggestion, is to maybe explain better about the female surgery.. I Got the pain pills after having my boy dog done with you all, but he recovered so quickly, He didn’t need them. So naturally, I turned down the pain pills for my girl hoping she would recover quickly also. By no fault of your clinics, I had to get pain pills at my vet because she needed them. Once again you’ll do amazing work thank you for all you do .

I’ve been here twice so far and both times the service has been excellent. Staff is very friendly and quick. Seemed very organized and professional. Everyone there (veternarians and front desk) is very nice. It’s about 40 minutes away from my house but I definitely would drive the extra miles to go here and would tell my friends and family about this place.

I was very impressed with the care that was given prior to the day of surgery. I spoke to two women about scheduling my dog s spay procedure and it was always a wonderful experience. They seemed very knowledgeable and were very thorough in giving me options and explaining what would occur the day of and days following. I can t compliment that experience enough! The availability of pain meds for the days following was very nice. It was a valuable option in order to keep her comfortable exspecialy the first night following surgery. The actual day of surgery was very different. I understand that this is not a vets office but I found the KCK location to be rather scary. It was in a less than optimial part of town and it was not surrounded by clean looking businesses. When you are dropping off your dog to have a major surgery completed it really doesn t put your mind at ease. I was unaware of the fact that my puppy would be kept in a kennel for the 9 hours at your facility without being allowed out to go to the bathroom. That is excessively too long when you have young puppies that are being asked to hold their bladder and bowels. It s unhealthy to expect them to do that, considering they are confined in a kennel that deters them from using the bathroom anyway. When picking up my dog she had pooped all over herself. I understand the processes of anesthesia and the fact they can release bowel contents but it was not fresh. She had been left to sit in her feces for an unknown amount of time. Upon getting her home her bottom was so sore that she whined when trying to clean the hair. I understand not having the facilities to completely clean the issue up but I find it hard to believe that she had only just done it right before me showing up. She had been left like that or had not been monitored to insure that this didnt happen. One of the receptionists tried to help clean the area prior to leaving but it was ineffective. She told me to stop by a pet store on the way home to pick up fragrance spray to spray on her so that she didnt smell, especially since she couldn t be bathed. I drove 40 min to use this company because of wanting to support the goodness that is claimed to be done, but I was less than impressed.

I truly appreciated the timely manner my application for an appointment made on-line was made - the phone call and the ease of making the actual appointment.

My husband brought in our cat and should have been the contact person. I understand that you go by who came in on the first appointment which I was the one. In this case my husband brought in our cat since I was out of town and was not checking my phone. When our cat was done my cell phone was called and a message was left even after my husband gave his contact info. If there was any issue that needed to be addressed on our cat it would not have been have been handled in a timely manner since I did not check my messages until Friday and the appointment was on Thursday. My suggestion is the check in staff pay more attention on who they need to contact so there wont be any issues down the road.
