I want to say thank you so much for being available to me, my pet and the community. You are helping someone who really wants to do the right thing for their pet. As someone who never would have seen themselves in this circumstance I cannot thank you enough.

I was absolutely impressed with the facility. They were caring and thoughtful toward my cats and were willing to answer all of my questions. They called me and kept me informed on an issue I asked about at drop off. I will bring all of my pets there and recommend your services to everyone! Thanks to everyone at the KCK location!

The gentleman that checked me out was very helpful. I had my one and two year old boys with me so my hands were very full. Without hesitation he came around and carried the cat out with us so that I didn’t have to make two trips. I appreciate the caring employees so very much!!

I want to thank your staff again for helping me help another of your clients. You may not know but a gov t furloughed employee came in with her dog. Her husband had recently died and she could not afford shots & microchip. Your staff arranged that I could pay for the chip anonymously. Having a daughter with children currently furloughed herself - I can only hope if she wound up in a situation, someone would step up and help her & my grandsons. Thanx

A cat-only section would be great. Maybe the back portion of the waiting room. Being away from all that barking would really help with stress levels. Otherwise, love you guys!

The staff was great. The woman who checked me in (I don’t remember her name, but I was there around noon on 12/26), was super helpful in explaining the different packages. I had a question about topical vs pill heartworm meds and she provided great advice. I think there’s an expectation with low-cost clinics that the service will be poorer compared to that of full-service vets, but that is simply not the case here. I have always had exceptional experiences at your clinic, and I would recommend it to anyone for vaccinations over a regular vet office. Thank you for all you do!

I travel from Lawrence just to have my cat vaccinated and then to get him neutered. It is worth the drive because I love how nice and caring everyone is, they treat me as a pet mom and I feel like the staff really cares about my cat’s wellbeing. The check in was busy and yet Tariq made sure to take his time in explaining the paperwork process and making sure my baby was safe and healthy. I have recommended SNKC to everyone who will listen! I will keep making the drive for the wellness clinic because I know that they will take care of my baby and make me feel safe and respected as a pet owner.

I felt confident taking my cat to this clinic to be spayed because this is their specialty. My cat is recuperating nicely from what I believe was major surgery. They are good people providing a wonderful service for the community. I have an appointment to get my two kittens fixed after the first of the year. No more surprise litters for me. Thank you S&NKC!

Super easy experience!

I m very disappointed with the service I received. My cat was mistaken as a female after I told them he was a male. They cut him open and realized he wasn t a female and he was a male. So now he has an extra scar from your mistake. Your vets and tech need a refresher. I am not pleased at all.
