So, as a first time client/visitor, I had no clue that my puppy would be brought back to the exam room for shots/chipping etc w/o me. As an readomably experienced dog owner and being reassured by another women in the waiting room, I was slightly confused and concerned. But yet women I talked to said she’d been coming here along time and loved the place. Just, with t being my first appointment with a new 10 wk old pup I had questions on how best to take care of him. But (primarily) the people at the front desk and the girl who came to take him back were very nice and took a moment to answer any the questions I had! I appreciate the convenience , kindness etc of it all. But a little heads up when you check I would go a long way! Thank you Spay and Neuter KC. Just a tibit for you there. :)

Third time to SNKC and nothing but an amazing experience. Thank you for all you do!!

While I was there, your staff was dealing with a difficult customer who did not control her dog and would let it run around with the leash fully extended. You all handled it perfectly and I watched you politely ask her to hold her dog multiple times after she would let it loose. Witnessing that truly shows that you have high customer service standards and are willing to deal with any situation to keep our pets healthy.

This is the second pet I have brought to SNKC and there s a reason I keep coming back. It makes me feel good when I know I can afford to take care of my pets. If I didn t have my pets, I would be miserable. So in essence, this place allows me to breathe.

I wasn t able to get my dog her shots I was sitting there for over and hour and I wasn t even seen the get her shots and I was late to my other appointment

I love the service I get each time I visit your clinic. Your staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I moved up north last year but it’s worth the drive for good service and reasonable prices.
