The wait to get my pet back was long. I think finding a way to make the process more time manageable to ensure all pets receive the vaccines they need would be helpful. A man left after waiting for an extended period of time so that animal did not receive the care it needed. Other than that I love the facility and the staff is amazing and kind. Thank you for the services you provide.

Regarding question 3, customer service My Only complaint would be the wait Rarely do I ever wait as long as I did with my last visit, Unfortunately it seemed as if there was only one veterinarian to serve all the costumers, which made for a lengthy visit. That would be my only complaint for this visit Other than that, I choose to drive further just to keep going to this facility for my dogs vaccinations, and care

The staff was great! Each process was explained to me in detail. My fur babies were well taken care of!

I brought home my cat from his neuter and vaccinations and on his paperwork it said he weighed 0lbs. I though this was kind of a shocking oversight because I know his weight should have been taken to administer the proper amount of medication for his surgery and/or take home meds.
