Everyone was so helpful and kind. I loved that even the front desk woman knew my kitten by name when I came to pick her up and had stories to share about how her day was. I couldn t be happier with my visit and would love to volunteer as well.

Service was just okay. There wasn t a lot home care instructions. No one said when to take his cone off, explained that he coudnt be in wet grass (had to look that up) , and stitches vs glue . Had no idea that he would be getting glue instead. Just more information would have been nice. This is our first dog. I can only think of questions the situations happen. Would been nice to know how the heeling price would be or what to expect. Also was told ahead of time the price would include his microchip got there and found it did not. I dont mind paying for it... just would have been nice to know once more ahead of time.

THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO COME TO CARE FOR OUR LITTLE KITTY. I will keep this place in mind for all of my pets and I will share it with all of my friends. Thank you for taking such good care of Tuker.

I felt everything was awesome, but the vet stated my 8 month old Great Dane mix was overweight when you can see her ribs still. That was quite odd. The staff was amazing and I have already recommended you to several friends

I could not rate all categories because I was unable to trap the feral cat and bring him in but the staff has been very helpful and understanding of my problems in getting this kitty taken care of.

The staff are also they truly care about your furbaby.

My ONLY gripe about bringing my two kittens to Spay & Neuter Kansas City was that I had to pay $15 for a cone, ended up being $30 for both kittens. Other than that, I enjoyed the staff, environment and services.

You are the best. The very best. Not only were we able to afford to spay and neuter a litter of kittens and their momma, we got the best service and attention I could have wanted. Thank you!

A little frustrating when you pre-register and then confirm info at checking pet in but check out seems to take more than 5 min to pay for pre agreed terms & services. Also about 5/6 yrs ago you had a Bully/PitBull type appreciation day w/tents & a hand full of vendors. Anybow I bought my absolute FAVORITE t-shirt of all time there...black w: PIT BULLS SAVING AMERICA S Dog on front and on back:ADOPT A BULL around headshot of black/white bully and pitbulls.bestfriend.org Anyhow I would love to purchase more shirts like this exact style color as well as when you all carried the jersey color collar/sleeved 3/4 shirts...If you advertise we buy!!!!! I suggest you add aromatherapy to help calm the animals. It was a very stressful and fast pace environment that the animals pick up on that. That is not healthy. Even has a human the anxiety of the animals was so high it affected me!

I was impressed by the service I got while I was at the office. The staff was so nice and explained the procedures and I got the paperwork for my dog and kitten to keep in my records.
