Iclicked on the fifth star but nothing shows up.

I was told to bring my cat in a domesticated crate and then was refused service because she should have been in a trap. The cat was returned to me covered in her own feces because the cat was so traumatized. Absolutely ridiculous I’d never recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with SNKC was wonderful!

The staff was friendly but could come up with a better system other than DMV style in order to pay and leave. My dog developed an eye infection, assuming it was contracted from visit

Already sent an email regarding my experience - been a devoted customer for over 6 years - my experience on May 1st was the absolute worst ever - in the past the service was attentive and wonderful. I downloaded all the forms and had them filled out prior to going - since I had 3 dogs. When we arrived there was one person in the waiting area and his dog was being taken care of. The dog and owner left and we waited - thought maybe they were taking a break -(twenty minutes later) two other ladies entered with a cat in a carrier - they were assisted with filling out the forms and questions on the fees etc. which took 15 - 20 minutes - then the cat was taken to the vet. I questioned why number 24 was being taken in before my number 23 - was told that they had one vet that took cats and the other dogs - although there was not a dog other than the one prior #22 (rottweiler)that had already been taken care of. I had 3 dogs - very distraught - waiting to be taken care of. After #24 was taken care of they proceeded to ask for #25 - my number was #23 - by then I was not happy and questioned - they told me that they had called my number - which they did not - why would we sit there for 20 minutes with no one else in the waiting area. Still very angry - Like I said I have been going there for over six years. The women #24 had never been there before and were treated better than a prior customer. Like I said, I downloaded the forms and had them filled out prior to arriving - to alleviate my dogs anxiousness.

I know your funded by donations and some of the state but I really think $40 for the shots are kind of high is there some way to reduce the cost I barely make $600 a month and she needs shots yearly

Your staff was absolutely amazimg with Gizmo!! He can be a handful and normally outside of myself and my daughter, he does NOT do well with anyone coming in our home(he s like our guard at ) but we love him to pieces and is an extension of our little family. Thank you all for the care you gave him!

My visit was absolutely wonderful. Delilah got her vaccines and was a huge cry baby after hahaha!! The whole staff was still so sweet and caring every one there stopped to check on her and give her extra love. It was just such a positive experience with very welcoming and bright people. I will definitely always recommend SNKC to everyone!!!

Everything from making an online appt, check in, to EARLY pick up was a breeze. I felt totally comfortable leaving my pup there and since picking him up he’s been great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable spay/neuter.

It never fails, every encounter I have with an employee of Spay and Neuter KC is amazing! Every single person, is so friendly and helpful it makes every experience great. Having a pup that is skid-ish around people she doesn t know, the staff is always very sweet and gentle with her. I 110% would recommend Spay and Neuter to anyone I know!
