Everyone was very pleasant. If I were to make a suggestion it would be for the people at the desk to speak up when they talk. It can get loud in there and hard to hear someone talking quietly.

Whitney was extremely informative and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the procedure and after care for Freddie. It made me very comfortable with the process. I can really tell you all care.

I was very happy that all costs were given up front. There were no hidden charges! Our King kitty was treated like a king for his neuter and Golden Whiskers package. We felt that we were fully informed, and all of our questions were answered. Thank you, SNKC! It s a bit scary when taking your fur babies for a surgery of any kind, but all of the staff was professional and compassionate, understanding that pet owners are leaving a family member in their hands. As well, SNKC does this every day. It would be easy to treat people as if WE should already be informed, but it s not like that. Time and care was taken by all of the staff to treat us with kindness and comfort. I will definitely recommend SNKC to my family & friends!

I ve have had two pets spayed, updated on shots, and microchipped with SNKC, and I am so very pleased with the staff and ease of getting them scheduled, checked in, instructions provided, and care of my fur babies. It s a little bit of a drive, but it sso worth it for the quality of care and cost! Thank you to everyone at SNKC! Keep up the great work!

Dropped my animals off at 7:30 AM, missing work to do so. Upon arriving to pick them up at 4 PM, they had yet to be touch. I missed work and my animals were forced to sit in carriers all day literally for no reason. Ended up waiting in the parking lot for more than an hour for the procedure to actually be done. Would never recommend to a friend.

I loved our whole experience. Thank you so much for taking care of Bella. The check in procedure was great! The person who came and got Bella was sweet, asked if it was alright to take her, and seemed genuinely happy to be there and that she loved animals. I think it relieved alot of stress that I had. Thank you so much!

They sent text to have us pick up dog after surgery. He was still completely fucked up from his anesethia when we got him and for hours after. You should have more respect for the animals. Could have been bad complications as ive heard has happend to other animals treated at this place. Also need to move it south of the river is horrible i dont even want to go to that area my husband said the place looked so shady he almost left and didnt even take our male dog there Not sure that i would trust them to spay my females.

I was SO impressed!!!! You provide amazing services and being that I am disabled, I REALLY appreciated the financial assistance! Both of my dogs are healing great! TY SO much!!!! Was so nice for them to get all of their shots as the same time!!! <3 I will surely donate again, when I am able and will be returning the e-collars for use to others in need.

I would suggest you make customers aware of the extreme wait time when bringing in pets to be spayed. Did not seem like ur time was respected or valued.

I called before I made my appointment to ask a few questions about services you offered and to get more info. You had been recommended to me by a friend but I had never hear of this organization before. The first person I talked to was very rude. She told me my dog absolutely had to have her shots before making a spay appointment she did not mention that you offer shots which would have been cheaper than the vet I went to. When I mentioned I could only afford the spay and couldn t afford the after care package she went on about the dogs pain and then gave me a speech where she demanded that I must pay in full. She went on and on about how full payment was important. The second person I spoke to answered the few questions I was comfortable asking and even afford to sew if I qualify for assistance. The second person was absolutely wonderful. The first made me never want to enter your facility
