The clinic was very clean and also smelled clean and not like a bunch of animals. I was helped quickly and everyone was more than happy to answer the questions I have. I also inquired about food for my cat and was given two 6lb high quality grain free food. I’m extremely happy with the cleanliness, service, compassion, and help I received from SNKC!

Not sure the stars are working in this email. I rated everything but five except the appearance of the facility only because it smelled very strong of cat urine. Everything was efficient, professional, and affordable which I very much appreciate.

The smell was bad in the building tho it was decently clean. I really appreciated the help given at the front desk. The incision is very small and healed relitively quickly. Great job overall.

All the staffs are very professional and nice!!! My Ru (cat) is feeling better now after he got Neuter. I would definitely recommend anyone in KC area who have pets.

Your clinic and staff runs like a well oiled machine! A very worried situation was seem less and pre and post op instructions were well explained in a slow and very knowledgeable understanding! Well done for sure and our Quincy is healing nicely from his surgery

When someone tells you not to terminate a pregnancy no matter how far along their pet may be you should probably listen and not charge them an extra service fee for something they specifically stated they did not want! I have always recommended your clinic to others and will continue but unfortunately I will also have to inform them of this incident.

I don t mind this place I just wish I could be there by MY PETSside while they get there shots. I have read a few articles that state pets do better when they are with their owner.

I was absolutely impressed with the facility. They were caring and thoughtful toward my cats and were willing to answer all of my questions.
