Some of the staff is hard to understand. If they could speak slower, these are staff that repeat procedure at front desks in morning.

I was very impressed with every aspect of the clinic and our visit. What a gem this clinic is for our community.

I won t take RJ, Jewels, Pepper or Simone anywhere else for there immunizations. I love this place!!!

Amazing, kind staff took SUCH good care of my dog. I cried a little at drop off and they were comforting and sweet! Will ABSOLUTELY recommend your services.

The process of check in could be much more efficient. I stood in a line waiting to check in and get paperwork, when I could have filled out this paperwork ahead of time and without instructions.

Everyone was great and really cared for our dog! They gave us all information we needed and wanted right away. It made this process so easy for us and our dog.

I was impressed by the way they worked hard to keep the waiting area clean. Safety for owners and pets.

When I originally set up the appointment, the woman on the phone told me that my pet would be ready for pickup at 430. I was told 3pm upon drop-off. This hurt my work schedule and made my day rushed. Please ensure everyone is informed of times, as we are respectful of yours. Thanks!

when i was there checking out, there was a situation. There was a very long line of people waiting to be checked out, I understand the checkout process is lengthy, however, waiting in line for 45 minutes and as I was next, a man walked in to pick up his animal and DID NOT wait in line, he walked right up to the counter and the girl went ahead and helped him, she didn t even ask if he had been standing in line or was next, there were about 10 of us that were NOT HAPPY to say the least. Even after we told her, she still helped this guy before helping the person (me) who had been standing in line for 45 minutes. This HAS to be addressed by your staff.

I love visiting SNKC in person! So do my pups. Unfortunately trying to get through by phone can be difficult.

that is wonderful and couldn t be better. cost for feral cats is prohibitive when there are several. guess they will just continue to breed unless there is a discount available.

The staff worked like a well oiled machine. Expectations for my appointment were set upon first contact, and they did just as they said even though there was line when I arrived. I was in and out as fast as it could have gone. The staff was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. When I picked up my cat, I was given everything I needed to know plus things to look out for. I was expecting such superior customer service from a vets office. The ladies seemed like they love their jobs. Way to go Spay & Neuter! 5 stars all around from us!

I received great service. Only one thing, I found a flea after I picked up my dog. I am a first time dog owner, so I am not sure if this is normal. Everyone was nice and my dog is recovering fast.

I think your staff does an amazing job. I always feel like they love my dogs as much as I do. I was unaware of how hard it is on female dogs being spayed. My only suggestion, is to maybe explain better about the female surgery.. I Got the pain pills after having my boy dog done with you all, but he recovered so quickly, He didn’t need them. So naturally, I turned down the pain pills for my girl hoping she would recover quickly also. By no fault of your clinics, I had to get pain pills at my vet because she needed them. Once again you’ll do amazing work thank you for all you do .

I’ve been here twice so far and both times the service has been excellent. Staff is very friendly and quick. Seemed very organized and professional. Everyone there (veternarians and front desk) is very nice. It’s about 40 minutes away from my house but I definitely would drive the extra miles to go here and would tell my friends and family about this place.
