When someone tells you not to terminate a pregnancy no matter how far along their pet may be you should probably listen and not charge them an extra service fee for something they specifically stated they did not want! I have always recommended your clinic to others and will continue but unfortunately I will also have to inform them of this incident.

I was absolutely impressed with the facility. They were caring and thoughtful toward my cats and were willing to answer all of my questions. The gentleman that checked me out was very helpful. I had my one and two year old boys with me so my hands were very full. Without hesitation he came around and carried the cat out with us so that I didn’t have to make two trips. I appreciate the caring employees so very much!!

I want to thank your staff again for helping me help another of your clients. You may not know but a gov t furloughed employee came in with her dog. Her husband had recently died and she could not afford shots & microchip. Your staff arranged that I could pay for the chip anonymously. Having a daughter with children currently furloughed herself - I can only hope if she wound up in a situation, someone would step up and help her & my grandsons. Thanx

A cat-only section would be great. Maybe the back portion of the waiting room. Being away from all that barking would really help with stress levels. Otherwise, love you guys!

The staff was great. The woman who checked me in (I don’t remember her name, but I was there around noon on 12/26), was super helpful in explaining the different packages. I had a question about topical vs pill heartworm meds and she provided great advice. I think there’s an expectation with low-cost clinics that the service will be poorer compared to that of full-service vets, but that is simply not the case here. I have always had exceptional experiences at your clinic, and I would recommend it to anyone for vaccinations over a regular vet office. Thank you for all you do!
