LOVE this place!! Everyone is so nice!! I wish I could bring my pets here for check-ups instead of having to go to a vet. I m always recommending people bring their pets to you.

We were very pleased with the service we received for our dog. We were also extremely happy for SNKC to offer such services , it shows how much they care for the pets of KC and surrounding areas. Everyone we came in contact with from the TLC Clinic to our pet s surgery were very helpful, extremely helpful and showed us the utmost respect. I want to tell all of you Thank You- we greatly appreciate what you do and what you stand.

When I walked in there were two people at the desk. They completely ignored me not even a smile of acknowledgement. They both helped the guy who walked in at the same time as me. After about 5 minutes a girl walked out from the back and asked if I had been helped. I told her no and she helped me right away. She was very nice and answered the questions I had. Very good customer service. All in all it was a good experience and I appreciate what you guys do for people. Just try to at least acknowledge when people come in. Even just a smile or a wave.

My puppy was taken here because of the grant, it helped tremendously but I was super nervous. Everything went perfect and the staff was absolutely the best and so helpful. Everything was explained and the process went smoothly, she is doing great on her recovery and I m so glad I heard about KC Spay and Neuter.

The process was fast and friendly. I felt nervous about the surgery my pet would receive but,due to the assurance of the staff I left feeling secure that my animal would be safe. I was also given lots of after care information at the end of service. I am extremely grateful for everything provided by SNKC.

Ok I tried this once before and left a big old comment, but it didn t go through so I am going to sum this up. The personalized treatment, conversations, and willing to take the time to answer my question is amazing to have. Considering the sheer volume of animal you see on the daily basis, I was astonished that you all took the time to talk with me and answer all my questions. As a retail manager I am a pretty hard critic and rarely take surveys, but you all have made our lives so much easier and the service in my opinion was over and beyond fantastic. Thank you so much, for everything you all did today. It truly means the world to people like us!

Everyone that I talked to was nice and caring. My cat named Kitty was there to be fixed and that night she was bleeding. They had me bring her in to check her. The nurse was very sweet and the Dr took time out to talk to me bout flea medicine. I would recommend you guys to everyone.
