Only flaw I would say is I was told the shots were 20.00 for the puppy boosters and then I get their and it was 25.00 which was a Lil frustrated to me. But other then that a great visit and I am coming back. To get my baby fixed this morning

I wish we could go back with our animals and that the vet would speak to us and tell us if there is any thing we should know about our pets. My pets are old and in poor health. One is blind and one is blind and deaf. They become easily frightened and disoriented when I hand them over to strangers. The staff and volunteers are very kind,compassionate and professional. I have recommended the service to many people.

The lady that checked us in was rude and disrespectful to me and my dogs. Because I had two large dogs she assumed they were violent and put us a screen in front of them. This upset them and they tried to knock it over. When I moved she brought the screen again. My dogs behaved very well. They did not cause any trouble, did not bark or snap at anyone. They either laid or sat in front of me. She made me and them feel like we were bad and out of control. There were other dogs acting up and I did not see her put screens in front of them.

well I will be coming back since I have more cats. They are all doing fine I kept then in for 7 days some took off the collar I put back on and they took off so I check all is healed up, Thank You Vivian Robinson

Checking in my pet took a really long time. I had to wait in line to pay for over half an hour. That needs to be streamlined.
