My personal suggestion is as a business, get your act together. Seemed like there was a lack in management and slow wait time. Had I been manager things would move swiftly and smoothly. I noticed a lack in leadership. My personal opinion.

Had a little hiccup with communication at first but to make a long story short, SNKC went beyond normal and made things right for myself and our dog. You will find that these people not only care about the animal, but the owner. I want to also say a special thanks to the Vet on staff that took the time to come out and talk through the issues and make a joint decision on what to do. I Highly recommend this group to take care of your 4 legged family member

Everyone was nice and some we re friendlier then others. All in all I had a good visit.

Our Brutus is a great big, healthy, 6 month old lab because of everyone at SNKC! They care for him and make sure we know how do give him everything he needs at home. We wouldn t think of taking him anywhere else for his vaccinations and general care.

I love what you guys do for the animals! I always recommend you guys to my friends and family. Thank You for all that you do I will always be a customer at your facility!

Expand vet services to minor injury. My once feral kitten who was fixed at SNKC had a paw pad abrasion, (stone? thorn?). A cleaning and wrap to cushion while it healed is something I think could be within your purview. If upon examining and you found it necessary to go for X-rays, surgery etc then you could advise.

The only thing that I don t like is that the pet owner isn t allowed to come back with their pet. I, personally, would feel more comfortablebeing able to be there while my animal was being examined, however brief it is. Just in case I did have any questions. Some animals get very nervous and anxious away from their owners, and it may make it go smoother to have them back there with them.

It definitely felt rushed and there wasn’t a lot of communication about what services you actually provided to my pet other than I knew she was receiving a shot. No one explained what the shot was for or possibility side effects.

Yes I have recommended friends and coworkers to your clinic. I am grateful to have a place to take my dog. People their are polite and courteous. I have been coming there for 5 years. I have never had a problem and give you five stars. But can you change the rule that you have to take your dog outside to put a muzzle on him if you request one. This was the first year I had to go outside to put it on him. He is nervous when he comes and he has never bitten anyone but I do it as a safety precaution for your staff. He is a friendly dog but he knows why he is there. But otherwise in a whole the place is wonderful and I can tell you all sincerely love animals.

The only problem we encountered is that we attempted to go to KS location and when we arrived there was a closed sign in door. It would be helpful if it would have been posted on your website/social media outlets that that location was closed as that would have saved us quite a bit of time! Everyone at the MO location was very friendly and helpful though! We will be seeing you in a few weeks for spay/neuter and the rest of our kittens shots!

I ve had three dogs spayed or neutered here, all without any issues. This visit was different better organized, the new set-up was easy for check in. This visit was my fourth pets as usual great service we so much appreciate the professional attitudes, patience and respect that we experienced. Very kind to our pet I felt she was in good hands. Thank you.

although it was organized chaos, the office staff, animal staff did a thorough job and were very calm!
