Everyone was super friendly and genuinely cares about our pets as much as we do.

I was very satisfied with the entire experience. We have had to cut a lot of our expenses. Everything was explained thoroughly. My dog seems to be good. She is acting like her old self after just a few days. One thing that impressed me was that many of the customers did not speak English, there was someone there that spoke Spanish fluently.

LOVE this place!! Everyone is so nice!! I wish I could bring my pets here for check-ups instead of having to go to a vet. I m always recommending people bring their pets to you.

We were very pleased with the service we received for our dog. We were also extremely happy for SNKC to offer such services , it shows how much they care for the pets of KC and surrounding areas. Everyone we came in contact with from the TLC Clinic to our pet s surgery were very helpful, extremely helpful and showed us the utmost respect. When I walked in there were two people at the desk. They completely ignored me not even a smile of acknowledgement. They both helped the guy who walked in at the same time as me. After about 5 minutes a girl walked out from the back and asked if I had been helped. I told her no and she helped me right away. She was very nice and answered the questions I had. Very good customer service. All in all it was a good experience and I appreciate what you guys do for people. Just try to at least acknowledge when people come in. Even just a smile or a wave.

My puppy was taken here because of the grant, it helped tremendously but I was super nervous. Everything went perfect and the staff was absolutely the best and so helpful.
