5 stars in every category looks nice and all, but this score truly does not give KC Spay & Neuter the credit they deserve. Both times I ve been in I ve been treated with nothing but courtesy and respect. The customer service is 10/10 from every individual I interacted with and I left the facility knowing my pets were in good hands. I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic and have already started referring my friends and family. Please know your clinic is phenomenal and keep up the great work!

My foster dog was terrified. The staff during drop-off and pick-up were extremely courteous and helped me get him in and out of the building. He is doing great in his 48 hours after surgery!

Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Every time I come over there I feel comfortable and my pets are treated like they are the most important ones there(as are all the others).
