When checking in you should have people stagger, and not check all in at 0730. very busy and hetic.

The staff is SUPER! Special kudos to Andi who answered all of my questions and made me very comfortable in my decision-making. My Fluffy (my cat) is doing well after her procedure.

Over all the experience was good. I m thankful for the centers help. My only suggestion is to let people know the drop off time could take awhile in the morning. I was waiting for about 20-25 minutes
