Communication would be amazing. Each staff I spoke to Had different answers. I sat waiting for 2 plus hours to pick up pet. I checked in and she wasn’t ready. I said okay I’ll be back and I would receive a call. Never received one. Thankfully I decided to follow up and again I was told no you wouldn’t receive a call. So that was frustrating. All 3 staff had different answers.

i had a difficult time canceling an appointment online. im not even sure why. i was trying to schedule for at least 3 feral cats. i clicked on the first available time slot, got 1 scheduled and went back to make the other appointments i was unable to cancel. not sure what to do so im sending an email this morning. thank you for all that you do for the community, for the animals. to all the staff, doctors, kennel attendants, volunteers..........YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING AND A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT THE PET RESOURCE CENTER!!!! `````````````````

I was greeted at the window with a “sup” so that could definitely be improved but otherwise this was the quickest, best visit I’ve had there.

Everyone at PRCKC is terrific! From check-in to check-out everyone I encountered was so kind and helpful. They made sure I understood the post neuter care and didn t have any questions. The techs working with the animals pre and post op treat the pets as if they were their own. I am grateful for the vetrinarians that care for the pets and are standing hours on end to perform all the cases that are scheduled every day. You all make a huge difference to the pets and their families.

1st time visiting PRC and I am impressed! I will definitely be going back if ever needed. Every interaction was amazing and the coordination was on point. Can t say enough good things. You guys and gals rock! The community appreciates you.

I was dissatisfied with the pick up of our pet. We arrived shortly after 3:30 pm…checked in at the booth and was given a lane assignment. We sat there for over 1 1/2 hours as we saw pet after pet brought out and cars leaving that had arrived we much later than us. Finally at 5:11 pm we received a call asking if we were on our way to pick up our pet and I said we had been outside waiting for over 1 1/2 hours. There needs to be a better system to keep track of customers.

I have had a lot of cats spayed and have never seen an incision that looked this good. I’m so pleased at how well she has done since her surgery. Babies are next.

The staff is wonderful. This is truly an amazing business. Take your animals here if you want to do good business and be treated like family.

The staff that came out to get my dog, did not handle the situation well at all. I had not been here before and rolled down the window half way to ask her what I needed to do, my Doxie was in my lap and she reached in the window and put the slip leash on her without telling me what she was doing. Then she wanted me to hand her my dog through the window, that is not safe for my senior 16 lb dachshund. So I explained I d rather open the door and let her out. But because the leash through the window that was really awkward. Then instead of letting her walk she picked her up. She said they usually carry small dogs. But the way she picked her up was by the middle, not supporting her back and my dog whimpered as she s sensitive with her back. Afterwards, I explained why I was there and she gave me misinformation. I told her she needed an oral examination as she needs dental work and I can t afford what a major vet quoted, she looked at the quote and said it would probably be higher with you all. Which was not the truth. The lady who walked my dog back to me was kind and knowledgeable, but my experience was soured by the mishandling and poor information from the first interaction.

I would not have been able to get those things done for Princess. I really appreciate your company. The Pet Resource Center is a life saver.

Great place, people and services.

The only thing I would say that would be good to let clients know is that it could be an hour wait in the line to drop your pet off and to pick your pet up for spay and neuter. That way it gives the client an idea of how much time they re going to need to take away from work or if they have something else scheduled they can reschedule it.

Very nice staff! Took great care of my baby with a brain injury! I couldn’t have picked a better place for her to get spoiled all day by the staff!! Thank you guys so much!

I have used the clinics mobile vaccine, urgent care, and spay and neuter services for a few years now. I am extremely grateful for everything that your clinic has been able to provide because without it my animals wouldn’t be fixed or updated on shots or my sweet cat wouldn’t have been diagnosed with his blockage even though it wasn’t a happy ending for us. Your clinic has always been absolutely wonderful and the staff is great.

The best teamwork I ever seen! Everyone is so kind and attentive! So grateful for all of them for take care so good my pets !!!
