I would like to Thank Mandi for giving us the chance to try a second time at getting our Bernese Mt Dog Fixed. The experience was overall great and other than a longer (1.5 hr) drop off experience, everything else was great. Griffey is healing up perfectly and the incision looks great and the cone should come off in a few days. We know serving the community is the primary goal so we will keep you on our list of local charities to support with our yearly giving.

Everything was very professional

Everyone was so nice and always had a smile on their face. They truly care about what they do and the pets they are seeing. I had no problem waiting for drop off and puck up. However, others around me did. You simply state throughout the paperwork to be patient while waiting bit some clearly must have forgot that. Maybe, give a bit more detail to the dropoff and pick up process in regards to waiting in line. It was definitely not what I expected when I got there. I thought the process was streamlined very well considering the weather and minimal staff that day. Great job and God bless you all for what you do!

First I thank you for all your work in the Community. I felt very comfortable in the care and interaction, that my former feral rescue received. I still have 2 more kittens to bring in. It s comforting to know that you are there and the services are available. Your work is much needed and appreciated.

Great service friendly staff. The only thing that sucks is the long wait sometimes but I get why. I love that you guys have affordable pricing.

I think you should send a follow up email (2-3 days) after pick up asking if there are any problems, concerns, or questions since since picking up the pet.

The staff was friendly and helpful, however, there was a long wait and it seemed disorganized.

Communication would be amazing. Each staff I spoke to Had different answers. I sat waiting for 2 plus hours to pick up pet. I checked in and she wasn’t ready. I said okay I’ll be back and I would receive a call. Never received one. Thankfully I decided to follow up and again I was told no you wouldn’t receive a call. So that was frustrating. All 3 staff had different answers.

i had a difficult time canceling an appointment online. im not even sure why. i was trying to schedule for at least 3 feral cats. i clicked on the first available time slot, got 1 scheduled and went back to make the other appointments i was unable to cancel. not sure what to do so im sending an email this morning. thank you for all that you do for the community, for the animals. to all the staff, doctors, kennel attendants, volunteers..........YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING AND A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT THE PET RESOURCE CENTER!!!! `````````````````

I was greeted at the window with a “sup” so that could definitely be improved but otherwise this was the quickest, best visit I’ve had there.
