Very organized, and the staff were so friendly and helpful!

I have only online communication, it would be greatly appreciated if I could actually talk to a staff member, but that never happens.

The only thing I would say is more employees to cut back on wait times other than that I have absolutely no complaints and appreciate what you are doing very much

I commend the young man working in check-in booth in the parking lot. He does an awesome job of checking you in and monitoring the parking lot. My only suggestion is to maybe have a parking lot attendant to assist him with showing cars how to properly line up. I just thank-you all for the wonderful you all do. It’s much appreciated.

Our vet tech was so knowledgeable. But she talked so fast and went through the material for our dental procedure so quickly it was hard to keep up. I imagine it becomes rote when you’re trying to help so many, and a bit more attention on just going a bit slower in the explanations would have been helpful. I’m so thankful for your team and your care in our community!

Everyone here is great! My dog was very scared and nervous and they all knew just want to do. They let me take her in and put her in the kennel because she wasn t leaving the muzzle on. Overall we had a great experience!

We recently got our kitten spayed here and the process was easy start to finish. Everyone we met was friendly and helped when needed. Kitten is doing good and nothing wrong has happened on her end from the surgery. Ive already recomended this place to someone and would go again when I need to.

The staff are absolutely amazing. You could tell how much they love animals. I could not be more grateful for this place. And when I am able, I will be donating money to them. They took great care of my kitty and I am so happy that I chose them to do so.

Everyone I spoke to in person and on the phone was very professional. It was an excellent experienced and they took very good care of my little puppy. And I appreciated the $190 price. My vet was going to charge $800 to $900 for the same procedure.

I understand that your facility gets busy, but try to meet you appt time. That’s why people make an appt. My appt was at 9:20 am and it was almost 11 am and people that arrived around 11 their pet was brought in within 10-15 mins. I finally had to ask. Then waited another 20 mins before my pet was brought in. Then I came at 2:30 to pick him up, he was just being prepped for surgery. What is the point of an appt. I can understand if I was walking in and would need to wait. But my appt was at 9:20.

Staff friendly and loves pets. They handled each pet with compassion and care.
