I wish I would have known that this was only the first appointment and only a brief dental exam and that my dog will have to wait a whole month longer (with dental issues) I had the money ready for this appointment….. But as usual I’m very grateful for Pet Respurce Center!!!!!!!

Everything was great. The only problem I had was that I entered Nolla‘s information in as her species was a Siamese, but in her record, it says that she’s a domestic shorthair and if you look at her, you can obviously see that she is a Siamese. The other thing was, I actually put her birthdate on top of her carrier as April 20, 2022 and it was entered into her file as June 20, 2022. I only want her file to be corrected if that wouldn’t be too much issue.

Your staff was Awesome! From the guard booth to the staff who handled the animals. I was also surprised how smooth the vehicle traffic was handled and the quickness of getting my animals an appointment for sterilization! Thanks so much!!!

I made an appointment got 11:10 and wasn’t seen by the vet until 12:10. While I understand that I’ll have to wait a bit, it feels like that time slot was overbooked, as by the time I was seen there was not nearly as many people checking in. I also know that some people who checked in after me were seen before me, so i’m not sure the way the cars were lined up was the most efficient. I love what you all do and I will continue being a customer, however it is a little frustrating not being seen until an hour after my scheduled appointment.

It’s more of a question than a comment but , How come you don’t utilize the truck to do shots at the home ? Or what is the truck used for? I think it would like free up space for the ones who are needing the surgery & or pick different days for both just for less traffic . My baby was treated and cared for with the upmost respect and I love that , will br back next year for her shot ??

The waiting to drop off and pick up wasn t great, but understandable considering the amount of pets and work that they do every day. Very affordable and professional. I would recommend Pet Resource Center to anyone.

When I came in with my cat for his dental procedure no one took my name but just told me to sit in the waiting room. Then I was forgotten about and had to go ask. It was noisy and stressful for me and my cat with dogs barking and the noise of different people working and walking by. I was also told there was no financial assistance and it was hard to prepay the required $401 a month plus in advance of his appointment. Later after his procedure I was told I could get financial assistance if I were to say I only had “x” number of dollars to pay. As it turns out my cat’s needs were not at the estimated level and therefore the charge was only about $286. Then I have to wait to get a refund to my credit card. My cat, after I got him home was very delirious and still quite sedated, falling over and tripping on himself, trying to jump on things and falling. He was also very scared. In contrast, I had another cat at my regular vet the very next day for the exact same procedure. He came home wide awake, on pain meds, and very happy and lovey with no fear. Of course, it cost me three times as much which I couldn’t really afford but since he is FIV+ the woman at pet resource who brought out my first cat after his procedure recommended that I take my second cat to my vet rather than pet resource. Overall, I found the experience rather confusing.
