My cats have NEVER been anywhere else fir vaccinations & all care. I hate that the thought that my 16 year old Herbie might have to go to another vet because of his age & weight condition to get checked for possible dental surgery but I trust your intuition.

This is the second cat I ve had neutered or spayed with you, and both experiences have been outstanding.

The wait time was really crazy… two hours both at drop off and pick up. We wondered what is the point of making a 9 am appointment if we don’t get seen until almost 11:00… you offer great services, but please consider making it a bit easier to get in. I had a 1 year old in the car who was going crazy with it being that long, it was really challenging, but I had no other way to do this.

Drop off and pick up definitely took quite a while but thanks to the heads up in the booking email I expected and planned for this.

I don’t really understand the appointment times when you still have to wait an hour and a half.

Everyone here was very and polite. I felt very comfortable with everyone. They took good care of my dog.

It may take a bit longer sometime but it is worth it, dogs hang out with me in car until time to be seen and then only gone long enough for exam and vaccinations and back out

I want to thank the staff that took care of Shadow. Shadow received her initial care from pet resource when she was found out at WyCo lake tied to a tree with her puppies from animal control. From what I have been told she was in pretty bad shape and had heartworms. Pet resource cleaned her up and got her vaccinated and spayed. The staff were very patient and compassionate with her. Shadow has very bad anxiety from a past I dont want to imagine. I picked Shadow up after her initial shot and the young lady was very helpful and answered my many questions about heartworms and what to expect in the coming months with her treatment. I greatly appreciate everything they are doing to help Shadow have a better life moving forward.

When I made my appointment, I explained to the customer service lady that I was not working that I was unemployed and couldn’t afford to pay the $60 and then the day of my appointment the lady comes out to my car and very embarrassing. It talk very loud and tell me well. I owe this that and the other I didn’t like that. my service is on that day was very rude and unexplainable. I brought my dog in and he didn’t get all the services that I signed up for.

I’m so glad I ran across a flyer that was given to me. Would I recommend my family & friends? YES! Everything was well communicated from the time I arrived to the time I picked up. I’m very satisfied!

The only downfall of the free drive through clinic is that the medical records and not matched up to the medical records at the office . So you kept sending me appt reminders when i had already attended the clinic and saved alot , I have hit on hard times of late and being able to use the drive through clinic was a real life saver .

Yes, you had a spotted dog her gray, and the black dog you called gray and you classified both of those as pit American mix. They have both been to the vet and vet did not say anything about pit. Also your bookkeeping is a little off which I’m going to be calling here shortly. You didn’t deduct the two $50 deposits I made you only deducted one

I made an appointment so I could get to work on time and then had to wait 2.5 hours to even DROP OFF my animal. Then pick up was an hour long wait. I understand it’s busy but to have every single appointment seemingly at the same time is disrespectful to all of those customers time.

I am so grateful for y’all! I’m disabled and live on a fixed income and I was able to get my cat spayed for free! I would definitely highly recommend you. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us and everything you do for the community!

Very happy with the scheduling and check in/ drop off process. Went over what we needed/scheduled for THREE times (once on phone with check in , again with the person car side when dog was dropped off and also on the check in form filled out that morning but yet got vaccinations that weren’t needed but didn’t get what we actually paid EXTRA for and yet no one could give me a direct answer as to why he was vaccinated when we didn’t ask or pay for it (he was recently updated on vacs Elsewhere ) … very frustrating we didn’t get the extras we paid for that could have made a difference in him coming off anesthesia.

We waited for almostan hours and a half to pick up our cat. I have MS and cannot sit in the heat like that so my husband had to swap out with me. At an hour and twenty minutes he went inside to be told they had an issue that put them behind. That s fine but does not explain the people who showed up an hour after and picked up their pets. There were more than ten. We tried calling until 4 but no one would answer the phone. All of the techs coming and going with animals never once mentioned to anyone that there were delays. We were trapped in line and could not leave. When finally at the front of the line we had to pull out to let all of the ones behind us who had received their pets out. We have been here for our pets and TNRs when it was spay and neuter Kansas City and no issues with speaking to people or getting a call through. So no we would never recommend and will speak of our experience
