It s been a while since I ve used the Pet Resource Center. The changes and upgrades are fantastic! Thank you!

The only thing I would suggest is that when you text to let the owner know their pet is ready to pick up by 2:30 that you mention everyone takes lunch between noon and 1:00pm. Luckily, I came around 12:45pm so I didn t have to wait too long. I would not have been happy if I came at noon and had to wait over and hour. Just trying to help you avoid an upset customer!

I didn t catch the staff members name but she was a female, brunette hair and glasses smaller frame. She was so energetic and kind. She deserves a raise!! Keep her around.

I was asked if I had a muzzle for my dog since I wrote that he was getting neutered due to aggression. I had not explained this was dog aggression only so I understand the confusion but if my dog did need a muzzle then I think it would have been helpful to be notified of this before I arrived for the appointment. Also I was sent home with 3 medication bottles and one was empty. It was a little disappointing my dog didn’t get all his pain meds because I live 40 minutes away and I wasn’t able to go get them later. I am only mentioning these things just as a FYI but I am not upset or complaining. I am very grateful for the KC pet project and the quality, affordable care they provide for the KC area pets. I was actually just thinking how blessed this city is to have such a great rescue! Thank you so much for caring about all the pets and their owners in our area and all the hard work you put into serving our community ??

I am a regular customer at your clinic for my dog s vaccinations. I took my dog to your clinic earlier this week for a teeth cleaning. I had an excellent experience at your clinic. My dog received a great teeth cleaning and I was treated very well by your employees with a fair and honest price for the service. I very much appreciate it and I will continue to be a long term customer.

My cat got his vaccinations. Would be nice to get a little feed back about him.

My Chanel is recovering well,so far she has not had any complications from surgery. Only issue I had was I was given the wrong dog when I came to pick up my dog,but everything got worked out. I have the right dog.

I love your services and your people are so friendly! My only suggestion is if you guys could start carrying oral flea/tick medication instead of the topical. I hate not being able to pet my puppies for a couple days. Thanks for all you guys do for the community!

I was not prepared for the type of drop off for my pet (it worked just fine) but I felt a bit uncomfortable with the unknown as to how it all worked. An explanation as to what expect would be a good idea.

Faster drop off for surgery

Thank you sincerely for being here not only from myself but for the entire community and for being there for pets to keep them healthy!! You guys are so appreciated and awesome!!! ????

Arrived 15 mins before appointment. Waited for 20 mins. Was told they were over an hour behind and to wait in the store or my the car. Completely inconvenient and felt sorry for the staff. Need more staff since everything was depended on one person, whom looked extremely stressed out.

It is not letting me select a star for my ratings. But y’all were amazing and I was trying to give 5-star all around. Everyone was kind and helpful! I’ve already told so many people in my life to check y’all out and support your cause. What you provide to the community is simply amazing. Thank you so much for providing these services and care to every pet owner, regardless of their financial situation. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Great place to come.The employees are very nice and respectful.

We will continue to take our dogs to pet resource, they are the best and most affordable. When we had to get our dog Bailey euthanized they were very compassionate with the process. Such a great caring team. Definitely recommend this place
