I am always amazed by the efficiency of this establishment. Since COVID they have completely redefined how vet practices should be run in addition to the great work they do for the community. I can go anywhere but I CHOOSE to go to Pet Resources of KC. Always amazing.

The parking lot was very crowded and I didn’t notice the check in station in the back of the parking lot until the lot was almost empty. Therefore I waited an hour for drop off. Anything you could do to make this little check in booth more prominent would be helpful.

I was unable to talk directly to a colleague to schedule the initial appointment and therefore was scheduled for vaccines however I was in need of a dental cleaning for my dog. He was seen although I never spoke with Dr or vet tech. Whoever saw my dog made the assessment that all of Jackson s teeth needed to be removed. I felt possibly a consultation as to why the teeth needed to be removed might have been helpful.

These are the most kindest people I ve met....so passionate about not only your animal, but so kind to you too,. My experience here was just top of the world.love them all

The process was super smooth and efficient.

I came to get a shot for my dog for heart worm & her flea/tick medication. I got her flea/tick medication, but they forgot to give her her heart worm shot & they had even took her into your facility, which makes no sense why you took her. This is the second time this has happened; it happened before in August when she was spayed & both times this has happened, I’ve had to rearrange my schedule to bring her back for her shot.

They were great! Quick and my baby was taken care of so well!

One hour 15 minutes. Cat was edgy and over it. I understand you are busy, I understand you specifically say wait times COULD be an hour. So, I will not return. Been doing this several years in a row. No longer for me. Sorry, I don t have an hour plus available. Maybe don t load up appointment times so heavy?

I d recommend accurate record keeping. There was no current weight for my larger dog, though current weight gor my smaller dog, and her weight was put for the larger dog. I ve reached out to inquire larger dog s weight and not heard back.

My cat was treated like he was family by the staff I met at check-in and return. The check-in and return process was easy and my cat, as frightened as he was, was handled with care.I was treated like a valued customer and pet owner. I would highly recommend KCPRC to anyone that has pets to their spay & neuter clinic. It was a very easy and efficient system for receiving and returning the animals, both cats and dogs. I would highly recommend KC Pet Resource for anyone who needed help getting spay or neuter services for their animals.

Staff is so friendly and caring. I knew Coco was in good hands for her spay.
