There are no words to express how wonderful the staff@pet resource have been to not only me but to my Bella! They have more patient s in their whole bodies(then i do in my pinky)especially when they had to deal w/me and my rudeness!

I was wondering if the vet looks over my cats for health issues when they come in for an annual check up and to get vaccines? Like looking at the teeth and such. Thank you!

It is hard to talk to you anybody in person over the phone and I would like it if you guys would change that

I have been taking my dogs to pet resource center for 8 yrs always great service and friendly employees. I appreciate the time they take with my pets and making it possible for me to be able to afford pets. Thank you pet resource center for all you do.

These people at Pet resources and Fix Em KC too are such kind and wonderful people. You can obviously tell that they care about your Animal and you. I tell everybody about y’all. I’m so blessed to have such good care givers for my animals. Thank you so much!

The process went very well, Luna has done well and I thought everyone was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend!!

Setting up my dog’s appointment was very easy. We arrived at our appointment time. No waiting! The vet techs were great with my dog how is usually afraid of everyone but he wasn’t stressed at all. He went into the van for his vaccines and was out in about a minute. The cost is SO reasonable!!! Affordable for everyone! I highly recommend Pet Resource Center of KC. I hope they come back to Lawrence again so I can promote them to more friends who are on a fixed income! Thank you all at PRC of KC for making this possible!

My experience was great, even though a little lengthy

Wish the drop off process was a tad shorter; took an hour like said but wished it didn t.

I appreciate your taking care of Tiggy on 10/16/24. We were a little early to our appointment and were assured it was not a problem for which we were very glad. We bought the Top Dog package and aren t looking back. I appreciate the year long heart worm preventative and the 8 month Saresto collar. My only hope is that someday there will a a 12 month injectable flea and tick preventative. Thanks again for being there for me and Tiggy. Clinton E. Smith, Jr.

I liked how friendly and knowledgeable the ladies were.

Everything was fine, but I would have liked them to put a surgical collar on my cat so that he wouldn t lick his wound.

Very understanding staff!

The email I received with details on the appt AND the person who took my pet from me in the morning told me that I WOULD BE CALLED when he was ready. No one ever called me. I was finally on my way out of my office to get him before you closed at 5 when someone called at 4:35 pm, a bit snotty, about when was I planning to pick him up WHEN NO ONE HAD CALLED ME TO TELL ME HE WAS READY! I d been waiting to go as soon as I heard from someone. When I mentioned it when I picked him up, I was told that we were expected to just arrive if we didn t hear from anyone and not to have expected a phone call. ???

Our dog has car, new dog, and new people anxiety. He is 88 pounds and hard to maneuver when he is anxious. We tried calling and emailing multiple times to get medication prior to his appointment and we could not reach anyone. It would be really helpful to have had someone follow up with us to coordinate how we could have picked those up. Otherwise a really great experience, really helpful savings on vet care, and we appreciate everything you do!

When making the appointment and when waiting in line I mentioned to customerservice that one of my cats had an allergic reaction to vaccines last time she had them and requested to go inside with my cat, I was told it s not recommended since there are other animals and they would not be liable. After noticing my cats bleeding stool, I immediately called the center and they were closed, called back the next morning and stated they were full, with no sense of urgency. Needless to say, this was our 2nd and last visit. Fortunately, due to this pet scare, I have found a great veterinarian for my cats health needs.

I love them really nice People they care about pets

This made keeping a kitten I found in my lawn mower a much easier decision. I did not want to keep her if I could not have her spayed and vaccinated. The process was so easy including online appointment, getting assistance with cost, dropping off and picking up. The staff were amazing and seemed so happy to be there. Would absolutely recommend to others and have done so as well as, asked friends to donate to the organization. Thank you so much!

Fast and friendly

I signed up and requested the basic dog and cat pkg. and pet license . I get the paper work and they give me Advantage stuff, My pets have gotten there flea and tick meds on the first of every month. I did not request this but got charged for it anyway , I will be posting this on google as well. I am on a very fixed income of 756.00 a month and it is hard to get the basics let alone the extras espcially at 20.00 for each pet . That is robery
