The staff called and said that the dog was ready to be picked up. I literally waited 45 minutes for someone to bring the dog out. I don’t think the staff should call and said the dog is ready unless the dog is actually ready. There were no one receiving their dog. Everyone was waiting in their car for their dogs for over 45 minutes before the first dog came out.

Check in was easy and efficient. I was seen at my appt time, and was given all the information I needed. When they returned w/my pet, they told me what they found and that Pet Resource Center would get back to me within a week to schedule the procedures my dog needs. I was given an information sheet w/all the info written clearly w/cost estimates. Very professional and competent. I look forward to a continuing relationship w/PRC.

I enjoy how your techs were kind to my pet. She understood that he was an anxious dog and didn’t tug on his leash hard to get him into the office. Thank you for being patient!!

Coco was spayed and microchipped 9/11, picked up Coco and all paperwork around 12pm. It was around 3pm when we realized that the serial number of the microchip paperwork didn’t match the record for the microchip.It was for another dog. I left a voicemail on Wednesday and Thursday and as of Sunday I have no return calls or anything from Pet Resource. Highly unprofessional and downright rude. How come an organization exist without anyone answering phone calls or returning voicemails.

The staff and the vet were all very friendly, professional and kind to our 17-1/2 year old cat Lola during her vaccination appointment.

I realize the parking lot is small. And that you have had years of experience. But surely there s a better and faster triage method for people to drop off and pick up pets. It was a cluster f***!

I am always impressed by the care and compassion exhibited by all members of the staff. They care for so many animals every day and still take time to be courteous and genuinely caring for each animal. From the start of arranging appointments, all the way through to surgery day, our rescue kitties receive the best care possible. Thank you!

Great & affordable. My daughter is in 4-H and needed an immunization form filled out. It just says what shots were given and date they expire. This is just so she can participate. Curious why the vets aren t able to fill it out?

The wait might be a lil long, but once they have your fur baby they are in & out! The communication is top 10 they’re prices are reasonable better than these other 100+ places. They also have great resources when needed. 10000/10 highly recommend.

Great service & was amazed how I was kept informed about Truman’s needs. I would recommend having more fund raisers so the facility could be moved to a larger location.

I had a cat spayed as part of your feral/community cat program. All of the emails and instructions I received were for house pets. It would be nice if the post op instructions I received when I picked her up had been what was sent to me ahead of time. Other than that this was a great program!

I am very disappointed in our experience at PRCKC. The drop off instructions for my dog s dental procedure were wrong, and caused my husband to have to come inside for drop off (the email specifically said our dog would be checked in from the car) and he had to wait behind a woman with a cat and he is very allergic to cats. Additionally, he was kept waiting for check in while the woman who eventually checked in our dog was eating her breakfast. This made him run late for work as well as have a flare of his allergies. Then, when I picked up our dog, I noticed that the spot on her leg was not removed as was discussed, and also paid for. The woman checking my dog out to me blamed this on my husband, saying she didn t know about it because he was in a rush to leave. This is 100% not true as there were notes in her file about removing this spot while she was already sedated. It is completely inappropriate and unprofessional to try to blame my husband for this oversight. The woman who called me to discuss this over the phone was very kind and apologetic.

The entire process has been great, from start to finish! The staff is amazing, they took excellent care of all the of my dogs that were getting neutered also the process is organized, easy and the vaccinations are equally easy and affordable! Great job everyone!
