After getting my pet vaccinations, I had to wait in my car behind someone with several animals...about 40 minutes. Can you please coordinate the line better so that the car ahead of you is done before you. And people with several animals should be in a separate line than people with one

This is an excellent place to bring your pet to obtain services they may need for the quality, the prices they charge, and just the great experience they offer. I’ve been coming here for decades. First when they were on Main Street, then moving to the old Leeds industrial location (General Motors), and now to the current location. My first family dog was treated well and now my second family dog. I just love coming for all the basic necessities for any pet. A very professional and caring staff and facility.

I brought my dog in on Friday for basic bundle. I’m not sure but I thought you looked over the dog too. I missed it and I guess you guys did too. I think he must be licking his paw , has hair is missing or has a rash. The lady who brought out my papers, she seemed so much in a rush that she didn’t have time to aswner questions:

There was a little confusion in the beginning our cats were sponsored by a local rescue and there was a miscommunication, but your staff looked into it and our girls made their appointment. We are entirely grateful for your willingness to help and for the care they received! We understand the importance of spaying and neutering your pets and we were ashamed that our cats had had litters of kittens. We don t want to add to the ever growing cat homelessness problem! If it were not for your service and the local rescue we would have had little options to get the job done. Thank God you guys exist! You all save lives and are a vital part of goodness in the Kansas city community!

The education question was kind of n/a.

I was handed my paperwork and was told have a good day but had no idea what some of it was, i thought i was getting a heartworm testing but i got fecal testing kit with no explanation, i had to wait 10-15 mins until i could flag someone down to ask. I m still not even sure if they were checked for heartworms, i haven t been to this facility since before covid and they would have it on their paperwork that they were negative. I didnt enojoy the process, as there was nothing for me to read to verify that was what i wanted, checking in they verified but it was fast and mostly just a list vs an explanation. i think i was ill informed what the fecal ova parasite thing was, its clearly not the heartworm test. or is it? I m not even sure.

My partner had to pick up my cat after dental surgery and I was unable to be there and bring my credit card with me. I received money back because the surgery was not as expensive as initially quoted. If it were possible to just have money go back to peoples cards versus them having to bring them in, that would be great. I believe that it was just left as a balance because I wasn t there and I would prefer to have that money back.
