Been coming to you guys for awhile but was kinda shocked when picking up my dog on Tuesday to find out she had a seizure. I am sure it happens or probably worse things happen but what I guess would make it better is a phone call before picking my pet up. The girl who brought her out to us was in a rush and I get it. Just saying a phone call would of been nice.

Pet Resource center has been an invaluable part of our owning pets. They have wonderful staff, and the best prices in KC for vet care.

I appreciate the service. But why bother having appt times if I m NEVER seen anywhere close to it. I waited over an hour from my appt time both times with my dogs recently. That s ridiculous.

I was very impressed with the organization of the drop-off/pick-up process. Staff were well-trained and very friendly. I am very appreciative that the neutering service offered is affordable and performed by competent professionals. My two 6 mo old kitties are doing very well. Thank you for providing this service.

I am very thankful for your services. The financial aid allowed me get my cats fixed and vaccinated within my financial needs. The staff were all nice and courteous and ensured I had all of the post surgical information I needed. The veterinarian also took care of a herniated umbilical cord that one of my cats had for no extra cost.

Weights were vastly incorrect on both of my dogs, you might need to check your scales. If my lab dropped from 95lbs to 75lbs in 6 months that s pretty concerning. Likewise, according to the paperwork, my mini schnauzer went from 16lbs to 66lbs in 2 months.

We were told that we could get a reduced price because we’re seniors. We were charged $400. For two dogs, that’s way too much.

I had a walk-in appointment to check on my dog after she had her spay surgery. It was pretty fast and efficient, but I wasn’t able to talk to the veterinarian at all myself and ask questions I had. It felt almost too rushed

We have been coming to PetResource for the last 6 years for my dog and cats From regular check-ups and vaccines to dental work. They have always been great. I like the location on Troost glad also you offer mobile units. I will continue to bring my furry kids here.

I would prefer to have a 3-year rabies vaccination and would be willing to pay accordingly. That said, we were pleased with the experience.

Urgent care is very hard to utilize. I arrived at 7:10 and didn t get in. I took a day off work and drove 15 miles. Several people were in the same situation. I thought that because I parked in one of the 10 parking spots I was going to get a spot but no, all forms were claimed at entrance. Thank you for helping pets of us poor people though. My dog is suffering still but I am getting him help and draining my savings at the same time.

My experiences with PRCKC have been wonderful, from the services provided, the caring staff, ease of making appointments and finding a location that is convenient for me, the affordable cost of care….all around a great place for taking care of my furry family members. We are lucky to have this amazing organization in our community.
