Pet Resource Center of Kansas City really came through in a tough time even around the holiday s. They make drop of and pick up easy for a working family, even being as busy as they are! They are doing a great thing for pets and the owners regardless of income. I can not thank them enough!

I was impressed with the organization of the operation and the speed in which I was served as the 16th car in line. 1 hour from arrival to departure - very impressive

The only suggestion I have is to go back to a walk in check in. Appointments are assigned a time, which in theory should work, however, we waited for over an hour to get checked in. I realize everybody is busy doing in-takes and appreciate what you all do but just feel it could have been done a little quicker.

I would have appreciated a bit of time taken to go over the paperwork given to me upon pickup. My dog was diagnosed with having tapeworms but it wasn’t mentioned during our quick conversation. I wasn’t sure if there was something I was supposed to do regarding aftercare or if it was handled during her visit. Her Heartworm test results were a bit confusing as well. It said the results were + -, as if one was supposed to be circled or omitted. It scared me. Otherwise, the prices were great and the process was quick and organized.

I am always happy with the service my puppies receive at Pet Resource of Kansas City.

My biggest concern was how messy my cat was after I brought him home. He has peed in his kennel resulting in a big blood/pee mess. I hope it doesn t cause an infection. I also felt the volunteer who brought him out to my car was horribly inexperienced. She was banging his carrier against her leg as she walked so hard that his e-collar came off and creating a bigger pee/blood mess. She didn t know what the Adavantage did. Told me the wrong amount of meds to give him and was all around clueless about the after care. Educating your volunteers really needs to be a priority.

Extremely thankful for your facility. The kitten I found & have since fallen in love with would probably have been euthanized without your help. Now she gets to live her best three legged life. I can t say thank you enough.

Waited well over an hour past our scheduled appt to get in for annual shots. Trapped in line and could not get out. THEN our dog had adverse reaction to the shots that evening and all the next day (couldn’t even walk or be touched) and facility would not even try and get him in - said they were full and closed the next day. No concern what so ever. Have been coming here for several years but doubt we ever come back.

All the staff was very friendly and informed and the process was very streamlined. Great prices, too! Thank you for serving our community the way you are.

Thank you for taking such good care of Bart! I do think it would have been good to give a clear explanation of the FIV, etc. tests, as a row of + - + - s is meaningless.

The quality care for my pet I would give a 10 easy. But my golden retriever had a collar and tags that didn t come home with him. I call and they haven t got back with me. I would like to have it back.

The Car situation was a little tricky. Both times someone had to move so I could leave.

Our experience with Pet Resource Center KC was very positive with friendly staff, ease of drop off and pick up for our pet s surgery, and very reasonable prices.

Only complaint I have is how long you have to wait. If you properly did appointments there wouldn’t be an hour wait every time someone comes.

It s so easy to make an appointment online at PRC. Everyone I & my pet have dealt with there are so gentle with my dog. They all have been friendly & professional. I can t imagine taking my dog anyplace else!!!

Surgery went well he s eating good and he s going to the bathroom good
