Great service fair price

We ve been coming to PRCKC for years because our pets have always received the best care & the services are affordable!

This was my first visit so it was a different experience but a really good experience. Much less stressful on the animals. Good plan.

The staff was so polite and pleasant to work with when I had questions. The explained everything so I could understand and put me at ease.

The good: it was cheap. The bad: I’m not a fan of the conveyor belt style care for my pet. I left with no information and knew nobody cared about the well-being of my dog. The location wasn’t safe, the wait was insane, the hand-off in the parking lot was sketch. The recovery time was way too short. The whole experience felt like a chop-shop. I should have paid more for a more personal experience where I could ask questions and my dog could have received more attention/care.

I love this place and staff. Y all do so much good for our community. I absolutely LOVE seeing how busy y all are and the staff are all still so friendly and talk to my pets like they re their own. Thank you for all the hard work you do!

Everyone I dealt with was kind, caring, and competent to the max. Especially appreciated the tip on the donut-type collar to replace the cone. Order one that day and had it delivered the next.

Great company that does wonderful things. Wait times are very long for drop off and pick up though

Excellent animal care, friendly staff. I like how you’re created lanes for employees to pick up and deliver the precious cargo. Question: do you need more volunteers? I’m retired and free most of the time maybe 2 or 3 times a week?

My dog was put on prescription dog food. I was not given a prescription for it and even if I had a prescription and it’s almost 4 dollars a can. I can’t afford that so I applied for pet pantry food and I was told that there was no chance probably that food would be there now what am I supposed to do? No one had an answer for me and that was totally totally unacceptable.

I was extremely nervous for my dog to get neutered however the staff was very friendly and informative about the entire process and calmed my nerves a bit.my dogs surgery was good no issues and the veterinarian (or the assistant) provided me with the medication and gave through instructions the whole process from beginning to end was great! I highly recommend the pet resource center

I appreciate how the staff handled the big crowd, I didn t like how my dog wasn t able to get her shots due to her being feisty I thought that you all use a muzzle to put on dogs when they act like that. I felt like it was a blank trip for me because my dog didn t get her shots. I do appreciate the staff for giving me some relaxing pills for the next visit can go smoothly. I do appreciate the staff for working with me when I didn t have the money to pay for the service they were a little irritated but they told me in a calm respectful way to make sure I have the funds available on my next visit my check was late posting due to the holiday it finally posted at 4pm so I tried calling the office to let the staff know that it was okay to withdraw the money but the office was closed. Overall the staff did an awesome job

It literally took one hour from the time I pulled in the parking lot to the time I left after checking in my animal. Not sure why it took quite this long.

my dog jaxson came 2 get the gold bone he was fine when i got him by the time i got home he had a alergic reaction to some thing what did they give hime right before he left so i no not to do that ever agin the people where awsome but what happend please 913/326/7618
