Overall we had a great experience with Pet Resource KC. I would like to mention that I had an appt time slot of 8:10AM and was waiting in line until after 9:30AM before someone came out to take my dog. I understand it was very busy, but waiting for over an hour when I had to sign up for an arrival time seemed a bit excessive. With that being said, the surgery was completed in a timely manner and the pickup process was a breeze. We appreciate the service you all provide. Thank you!

PRCKC is quite frankly the best non-profit organization in Kansas City. And despite the high pressure and stress that I m sure the staff feel every day, they are kind, compassionate, and respectful through it all.

Doug didn t get so if his shots just his rabies. Because I didn t have the 79 bucks that it cost. I paid for all of his other bill except $20 and I was told that would be took care of. He really needed his nails done my hands just can t do them. I in totally indigent at this point in my life except my 289 in good stamps. He really needs the parvovirus shot that s what I m worried about. You guys just can t out got him have him right back. Didn t care about his pancreatitis attack. He needed blood work to see if he is diabetic. Thank you, Heather & Doug Rooks

Staff are professional. I know you are very busy helping everyone but I noticed someone was taken before me (say for example my # was 22 & they were 23). I had a 50+ min wait time & I know you have emergency situations... I ve also noticed prices have increased a lot but want hasn t with this economy, making it challenging to do the right thing getting your animals vaccinated. Keep up the good work you do trying to get everyone seen & providing services & food to keep Pets & their families together!

We received the BEST care! Everyone was caring and courteous. The process was so organized and moved smoothly. My cat had a toy kitten with him. When I picked him up after surgery, the toy kitten had on a paper cone to match!! ?? It was so adorable! I appreciate the thoughtful and personalized care. ??

I d like to get a copy of the check in form so we can fill these out in advance. We are a rescue and send several animals at a time. You all are great. I hope someday you can send a mobile unit to Warrensburg.

Pick up and drop off process needs work. I waited 45 minutes, after my dog was brought out to me, to be able to leave because the person in front of me hadn’t got their dog yet. Altogether I waited over an hour and thirty minutes in my pick up process.

Even though I have to wait this is by far the best best place to take your pet. Thank you very much for all you do!

I m so grateful for your services. From scheduling online, dropping off & picking up my sweet boy I had no worries. Upon pickup I was provided with directions on how to care for him. Everyone I encounter there was so nice!!! Thank you again!

I wish there was a little more time for my pup to rest and come down off the anesthesia, but I get that you guys are incredibly busy and do a lot of hard work. I so much appreciate everything you do and all the help you give me. Over all my experience was exceptional.

I was very happy with the service I received for my dog. From the check in to when I got her back, everyone was very nice and timely with the services she received. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing services.

Everyone that I met here is very nice. The drop-off was very easy as was the pickup. Definitely the place to go to take care of your pets!

I would like Thank everyone for the wonderful care of my pet and services.

My only concern was a time my friend brought her dog in very sick, she was sent home with antibiotics the dog couldn’t keep down. You had drawn blood, but never tested for Parvovirus. I believe it was a mistake, we are all human. It did cost the life of her pet 2 months after losing her husband. It wasn’t till we brought him back the next morning he was tested and confirmed. too sad, but concerning to please cross T dot i when you get sick pups.

I would like to receive some sort of record, maybe via email, showing when they got their vaccination and what the heartworm test results were. That would be easier to show to my regular vet than the yellow form and screenshot of the text message with test results lol
