I would like to receive some sort of record, maybe via email, showing when they got their vaccination and what the heartworm test results were. That would be easier to show to my regular vet than the yellow form and screenshot of the text message with test results lol

I am so grateful for this place and think it is an invaluable resource for the community. I know that everyone is very busy, however, for Dobby’s appointment I was charged $258 prior to the appointment and then when my partner picked up our dog she was charged $230 despite telling them we had already paid. I sent an email to a staff member and was passed to another person/department, however, it’s been 2 days and I’ve heard nothing.

Showed up at my scheduled appointment time at 7:45am. Waited over 30 minutes. Zero movement of line no lets being checked in. Was the 8th car in line. Had to leave ….. there was ZERO movement in line after 30 minutes. Told that I was being charged a no show fee. I met my responsibility of being there at scheduled time. You did not meet your responsibility of checking pets in. Disputing charge on my credit card as I have evidence in form of voicemail acknowledging I was checked into parking lot. Unethical.

I love being able to take my critters and my friends/family’s critters to get the services they need that I can afford. Thank you for being affordable! All of my animals are now UTD on vaccines and fixed!

Absolutely will recommend to all my friends and family very affordable to everyone right now in this difficult economy. Staff was very friendly and very helpful I will be bringing my pets to this facility from now on! Very impressed!

Your prices are the only thing that make me able to handle vet care for my pets. Even then, it can be difficult with multiple pets needing shots and other things. When I ve requested financial aid I ve been treated with nothing but compassion, but nothing resembling pity. It was just treated like it was no big deal, which makes asking an embarrassing question easier. Thank you for that.

They saved my dogs life. I didn’t know where to turn after visiting blue pearl and finding out their high cost that I could not afford and they wouldn’t accept anything less , I was hopeless than I found this place HIGE price difference and such great people. I cried tears of joy knowing they were able to help my dog. They took great care of her and even provided the best after care. PLEASE go to them.

I would like to see inside your facilities and to be there with my dog. I really have no idea how my pet is treated because I never see your doctors interact with my pet. Or with me.

Very Uncomfortable interaction with staff ... Gate attendant = great ... voice over phone = confrontational and so easily personally insulted by customer interactions. Administrative staff I talked with = Great.

My sons dog was treated with so much care and when she did not seem ok after her surgery they immediately got us in for her to be checked.

The staff were very nice and moved at a quick pace we wasn’t waiting very long for pepper to get seen and get her shots. I LOVE THIS PLACE
