Only concern that I have is that it’s impossible to get ahold of someone, in a timely manner, with concerns that are non emergent. Our canine started lactating the day after surgery. I called and left a message but after 4 days have not received a call back.

I think the staff was very friendly. And I definitely appreciate the more affordable option to have my pet cared for. Being my first experience, I was not prepared for an hour wait for my pet to be checked in via the car line. I was fortunate that I had taken the day off work. Also, when picking my pet up, I was surprised by the 2 week collar situation after neuter. I was told to not let my pet run or jump for 2 weeks. I have a kitten. How do I manage not letting him run or jump without watching him 24-7. The person checking us out acted shocked that I had no one at home to help me care for the pet when I m at work. She suggested I purchase cameras to watch my pet from work. 1) not sure how that will help me take care of the pet as I would be at work and still without assistance to care for the pet and 2) I came to your facility because I couldn t afford the $500 fee our vet was going to charge for vaccines and neuter. How would I afford cameras around my house to watch my pet from work? I just felt the instructions and recommendations odd and almost flippant. However, my pet is doing well, he s adjusting nicely and leaving his surgical site alone. I still appreciate the option of your facility. Just might have some realistic recommendations for people on lower incomes who live alone. :)

I don t think I understood how long drop off and pickup would take, I didnt see that information anywhere on the website. It took over an hour for drop-off, making me late to a drs appointment, then I tried to go as early as possible for pick-up and it was another hour and I was late picking up my kids and had to find them another ride at the last minute. Another concern was the volume of verbal information given at drop-off. I was already stressed from being late to get home and was relying on the paperwork to review when I got home, which I did. I quickly put the pain meds in the fridge as directed and reviewed the paperwork given to me, whick stated they gave a pain shot while in clinic and to give dogs meds every 12 hours and cats after 24 hrs. So I did not give my kitten meds that night, but the following morning could tell she was in pain. I waited till about noon and gave her the pain meds and read on the bottle that she should have had it the night before! I felt terrible! Due to incorrect information on the release paperwork I did not give her meds last night.

This place is an absolute life saver. Everyone was so helpful and I love how they did everything, it ran very smoothly and I appreciate everything they do so much!

I am so thankful for pet resource they are amazing in every way ??

My dog was spayed on Thursday and today is Saturday and I had to take her to the ER and have her stitched up defeats the purpose in trying not to spend $700 in getting her spayed

It is great that you have set appointment times. Though you seem to always be running 30 min to a hour late for yearly shots.

This was my first experience with Pet Resource Center of Kansas City and I can t say enough great things. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the future!

I would be wonderful if there was lanes for those only bringing in 1 pet at a time. I ended up waiting 40 minutes to leave by backing out of the lane because the lady in front had 2 cats then had to wait on her dog to be brought out with a child in the car.

I would come prepared to perhaps wait longer for your expected appointment time- bring a book! It is so worth the wait! Everyone was SO kind! They work so hard! Also- I was able to go in with my dog ( which I wasn’t expecting) Over all- I highly recommend! The savings were so significant !!??

Wonderful staff and care!

The staff I encountered were incredibly pleasant and very sweet. My kiddo was losing her mind thinking she was never going to see her kitties again and the staff took their time to reassure my kid that she was indeed going to get them back. They offered her some candy to cheer her up as well which I thought was above and beyond amazing. I can tell my kitties were very well taken care of. They explained post surgery care very well and answered all of my questions without judgement of how silly they were.

They were so helpful and it was as easy as possible for drop off and pick up.. A little crazy on how they loved the cars though. Only thing I would change would be making it a little more fair for the ones that got there 20 and 30 minutes ahead of time we’re still waiting and some of the lines would move forward and brand new cars would come in and get service with their animal as you’re watching them drive on through.

I m Sooooo sooo Grateful and appreciative of all you don t for my Babies and I.. but Bity Bobo was not able to b caught that Day so I still need to get him done. Also they told me Genie teeth were needing attention and his belly wasn t looking right wanted me to come in at 5-6am I can t drive or don t like being outside in the dark at all Sooooo how could I still get him seen?? I m worried about him but game no funds whatsoever.. and they didn t give me flea & tick for Boo bo.. Tytyty So very much I pray to pay it Forward...
