The staff I encountered were incredibly pleasant and very sweet. My kiddo was losing her mind thinking she was never going to see her kitties again and the staff took their time to reassure my kid that she was indeed going to get them back. They offered her some candy to cheer her up as well which I thought was above and beyond amazing. I can tell my kitties were very well taken care of. They explained post surgery care very well and answered all of my questions without judgement of how silly they were.

They were so helpful and it was as easy as possible for drop off and pick up.. A little crazy on how they loved the cars though. Only thing I would change would be making it a little more fair for the ones that got there 20 and 30 minutes ahead of time we’re still waiting and some of the lines would move forward and brand new cars would come in and get service with their animal as you’re watching them drive on through.

I m Sooooo sooo Grateful and appreciative of all you don t for my Babies and I.. but Bity Bobo was not able to b caught that Day so I still need to get him done. Also they told me Genie teeth were needing attention and his belly wasn t looking right wanted me to come in at 5-6am I can t drive or don t like being outside in the dark at all Sooooo how could I still get him seen?? I m worried about him but game no funds whatsoever.. and they didn t give me flea & tick for Boo bo.. Tytyty So very much I pray to pay it Forward...

good staff?????

This was my second experience using the mobile service. I was able to pay towards the first visit. This time I didn t know how I would be able to fix this sweet abandoned baby. Thank you so much for helping me take care of her. Both experiences were wonderful & all of the staff & volunteers are very special people.

It would be nice to have a “what to expect” video on your web page. We were shocked to not be able to go inside to drop off our dog. While the service you provide is helpful for some, it’s not for everyone.

The only 3 out of 5 stars I would ve given would be regarding the timing of email/telephone responses. However, I completely understand that the volume of incoming inquiries compared to the availability of staff is a completely valid reason for that. Otherwise, I genuinely appreciate everything the organization and staff do. Thank you!

The experience I had was horrendous! I had an appointment I arrived a few minutes early was told my appointment basically meant nothing and that I was still looking at about an 1.5 hour wait to be called, not even to be seen! I asked for a confirmed update when the check in attendant tried to grab my phone out of my hand!!! He did tell a woman (Caucasian medium height with short blonde hair) I needed to speak with someone and I waited an additional 15 minutes before having to leave wasting my time and gas all for nothing! I finally received a call about an hour an 10 minutes AFTER my appointment time asking if I was still there and when I said I wasn’t the conversation became short and snippy! Terrible experience

Our cat had a dental cleaning and extractions. He ended up getting a shot of zorbium. our cat did not react well to this medication at all and bad reactions were not discussed at all. After researching this medication these bad reactions are not uncommon and it was rather upsetting to discover how strong of a medication this is and how it was given without our consent. he didn t sleep for 2 days, we had to use gabapentin gotten from a regular vet to try and handle his anxiety and restlessness and help him sleep. I wish we would have been informed of options for pain control rather than something this strong being used. (we ve had cleanings and extractions done here before and zorbium was never used) this was extremely stressful for us as owners. (reading about deaths and lawsuits associated with zorbium doesn t help obviously) Tldr: would very much appreciate the chance to pick our pets pain medication, especially when strong opiods that last 4 days are being used. And being taught negative side effects to be more prepared would have been helpful.

Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for the free mobile spay & neuter clinic. This is such a wonderful program to help people be responsible pet owners and reduce unwanted cats and dogs.

They are the sweetest people ever and actually finished early with my pets!

We have told people to go there

When I picked up Otis he had diarrhea on him. He had diarrhea twice more on the way home in the car. I know you can t prevent this. But it would have been great if he had been clean when he was brought to the car. He also had a lot of bleeding in his stools several times that night. Why would he have blood in his stools? I wish you had a number to call for afterhours concerning these problems. I can t afford urgent care, so luckily, he stopped bleeding by the next day. But it was concerning that he would be okay. Otherwise, he is fine.

I truly appreciate the care for both of our pups while with your center. I feel like we were given clear instructions on what to expect after the surgery and how and what to give them for medicine while they recover.

I didn t make it. I tried to contact the staff to to figure something out but they never even returned my calls or messages and so this email frustrates me because show can you say you enjoyed a visit that never happened? Thay shows how much clients are important to you. Thanks

I have done these drive through pet event specials many times, both at their location and held offsite. Usually there is a long line and a long wait but they always do their best to direct you well and be friendly and serviceable in each interaction. This time they must have kept the allowances quite small as there were no long lines or waits, very quick in and out and very friendly and serviceable.

The only concern I have is that on the form, I stated that my dog had been vaccinated in the last 12 months. She just got her Rabies in June, but it was administered again.

The staff was amazing they were very caring and loving and make sure the animals for comfortable and well taken care of thank you so much for loving them and giving us the option of affordable healthcare
