The service that PRC provides to our community is invaluable! So many pets that would not receive the care they need, if not for PRC. In the hard economic times we are living in, so many have trouble affording daily essentials. PRC is amazing at providing low-cost services at the same level of quality as independent veterinary care clinics. They provide care for many of our rescue cats, and we could not continue without their committment and partnership. Special shoutout to Casey who is our rescue services coordinator. She is so easy, efficient and pleasant to work with. Many thanks to all the dedicated veterinarians and staff!

Very friendly, and I love what you all do for our community. It is a struggle to continue to use your services when you make appointments and it takes just under 2 hours to actually get your dog seen. It s not always feasible for everyone to take off an entire day for this, and it is very frustrating to wait for so long, especially when you are one of the cars sitting directly in the sun for that long.

I’ve tried several times to like you guys. But I just can’t. Making an appointment is meaningless. The wait is intolerable and you can’t leave because you’re trapped by 20 or 30 other cars. I got there at 10:15 and was stuck there for more than 2 hours. My anxiety was sky high. Further my pup was freaked out at being over handled by staff. So no, I won’t be coming back and I won’t recommended you either. Your pricing is great - but not worth the time, anxiety or possible harm to my pup.

My dog was scared to get out of the car so the staff let me come in with her. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about the dogs.

Without KC pet resource I would not have been able to afford to get my Kitty fixed. Per my landlord he had to be fixed with proof to stay in our home. Because of KC pet resource our Kitty will stay in our home. Everyone i encountered the day my Kitty got fixed was kind and professional. My Kitty is kind of mean so I hope he didn t give y all too much trouble. Lol. Thanks for all you guys do!!

I was so nervous about my sweet kitty and all she s been through. You all made the process seamless put all fears aside and eased my mind. I m not normally this nervous She s been through alot.
