Thank you to the dental team for taking such good care of my Dixie Belle I was so nervous about this procedure that I couldn t sleep the night before and I guess I did not need to worry after all! I can t believe how busy PRKC is and yet it seems to be run so smoothly. Thank you for being there for our pets, for after all, they are our babies.

Generally, I like to support Pet Resource Center of Kansas City because you all provide a valuable resource to the community. I have brought many cats your way and always pay full price to help support your mission. However, as a consistent feral cat trapper, I always have to take a day off to bring animals in for your services because the process is so inefficient. This most recent time I arrived at my appointment time to drop off and waited nearly two hours past that time for someone to come out to the car. All the cars behind me were visited first and were stuck waiting too. Same situation at pick up and basically every time I’m there. Once, I waited hours to pay an invoice after being instructed to wait in the waiting room. I can’t afford to keep taking PTO to use this service, when I could go elsewhere for similar feral cat prices that don’t waste an entire day. I love y’all and the work you do, but it’s getting ridiculous

I’m grateful for your services and mission to keep people and their pets together. Everyone has been great, very nice and happy to help. My only complaint would be, not getting to go in with my pet and see first hand the interaction with staff and being able to visit with the vet and staff. Despite this, staff has always been willing to answer questions and give information, which I do appreciate! Keep up the great work!! Thank you!!

I am beyond grateful for the service I receive each time my pets come to PRCKC. They are friendly to me and my dogs, they are always so busy and yet the care isn t compromised, they are accommodating to my pets specific needs, and most importantly they are a one stop shop: urgent care, dental, routine vaccinations...I am pleased to support their mission.

Waiting over an hour for drop off and pick up was a little frustrating even though I was there before pick up time since she was done early. Staff was great though.

Take a little more time in explaining/sharing discharge instructions as there are a lot to absorb.

I recently had my dog neutered at the Pet Resource Center of KC, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire process was efficient, professional, and incredibly friendly. The surgical procedure went as smoothly as I could have ever imagined. My dog experienced no pain, and the medications provided kept him comfortable throughout his recovery. I am extremely grateful for this facility and the dedicated staff who work tirelessly to help the pets in our community. The quality of care they offer, even with their free services, is outstanding. The place was packed, and I can only imagine how exhausted the staff must be by the end of the week. Yet, their commitment and compassion never wavered. I sincerely hope they continue their invaluable service to the community and to our precious pets. Their hard work does not go unnoticed, and it is deeply appreciated. Five stars all the way!
