Did a great job with my dog. She is a rescue and has separation anxiety. The staff was informative and was patient with her!

You were recommended by my daughter in law. Making an appointment was a little difficult cause the on line appointment was down. But when I did get through the appointment was very quick and easy. Everyone was nice and helpful. The directions to get there, check in, pick up, and after care were great! It is such a benefit to get great spayed and neutering at a coast I can afford. You all are amazing thank you!

Everything has been great. My only complaint would how challenging it is to schedule an appointment. When trying online, the type of appointment that I needed was not given as choice to select. It’s also been challenging to get through on the phone. However, when I did get through, the individual was great. Kelsey C.has also been a big help via email.

The system was down when we checked in. My 6 month old had already had some vaccines and needed boosters, neutered and nails clipped. During pick up the clinician couldn t tell me what happened. Also my dog had to be taken back because his nails did not get cut. Upon returning home only 3 paws got cut. And he may or may not have been double vaccinated. The clinician Nick??? seemed flustered by my questions and I was told 2 different things on what meds to give my dog during recovery. I m thankful for what you do but the service on this day was disappointing.

I brought my pet in for a spay and removal of tumors. My pet went through the surgery but all tumors were not removed after being told. I was told the surgery took about 40 minutes and to remove the other tumor it would have taken an additional 15 minutes. So I’m to bring my pet back to remove staples then she would have to go back to surgery for 15 more minutes. I was also told that my pet should have been scheduled during dental surgery times instead of when she was scheduled and I should have been told to come back on another day. Now my pet has to g

Staff is way too busy/overwhelmed to be friendly. They’re not being mean or unprofessional, but many of the questions above aren’t even relevant to the experience. I have no idea if your staff has done continuing education. I don’t know how they treated my pet because I see them for all of 15seconds. The woman greeting people is very kind. My feedback is that the survey questions aren’t relevant, the wait times are insane, and I’d guess you’re at high risk of losing staff to burnout
