We have had both our dogs neutered/spade through PRKC and have had a great experience both times. Emma helped me book our most recent one and she was FABULOUS, patient, supportive, and kind. The entire staff did a great job with communication and the process flowed quite well.

I was very impressed by the professional friendly staff. All of my questions were answered, very clear aftercare plan and the access to support after my two puppies had surgery was very reassuring. Thank you for all you do. I recommend ??????

I wish you would go back to walk ins the car system doesn t work.

Regardless of the wait and what could prob be more organized, my pet was cared for and taken care of during his procedure. I don’t mind the extra wait when he’s safe and well cared for.

I had a moment where I feared my uncooperative dog would pull from his lead while being brought out to the car, after his neuter. The lady was professional but could not get him from beneath the car, so I had to go grab him. Thankfully he didn t break away. ?? I will be bringing him back next year, but this time I will put a muzzle on him, to prevent further spiciness .

This was a great experience. I knew well in advance that it would be a bit of a wait, so I could plan for it. My pet did wonderfully, and I felt very ready to bring him home. And the cost was incredible for what was offered.

I unfortunately am going through one of the harder times in my life and when I reached out for help I couldn t even get a call back but was certainly charged alot for yearly vaccinations that normally came with flea medicine but that s no longer happening but didn t get informed and on top of it the 2 times in the last 6 years I ve asked for help got help and advice one time but honestly not what my furbaby needed! I actually had to overdraft my account and now have to pay $17.50 to my bank on top of already struggling to pay the $125! It s truly so disappointing and I m just done believing there s anything that looks like help coming my way EVEN when I ask! Life is hard on alot of people right now being disabled and having to live on a limited income never gets easy but when someone says they re there to help and you re truly not JUST DON T SAY YOU ARE! Thanks for being misleading and for leaving a dissapointment that s literally made me cry and made my life even more difficult in an already difficult time! I honestly want to say so much more but I m learning this will all fall on deaf ears SO IF REALLY DOESN T MATTER!!

My battery died while I was in line and I was grateful and amazed that someone came right out with a battery charger and charged my battery.

The staff is great, friendly and always helpful.

Just my first time trying to get services and am NOT impressed with the way things were handled. I think due to the way it was handled, my dog and home visit should be paid for by Pet Resources due to their mistake in not contacting me nor all messages I left on phone was not returned until 4-5 days later. I was trying to get these services because my dog needs to be up to date on her shots for my apartment complex. And now she s not going to be able to get shots till after the end of February, that just don t cut it.

Love this place! Everyone is super friendly and helps take the time to explain things if you have questions. From the person in the phone to in person! Amazing! Thank you

First before I say this, I want you to know I so appreciate the services that you offer! I have gone out to your Olathe location several times and your employees that take care of you in the beginning are absolutely wonderful. However, the vet tech that takes all the animals back to the veterinarian, really needs to work on her people skills. She has only been rude to me once however I have witnessed her say things to other clients that I found extremely rude, and it s happened every time I have been there. I have also witnessed her treating her coworkers the same way. When I made a comment to one of them, you could tell they did not want to say anything. Again, what you do is amazing but seeing people belittled in front of others does not represent your company very well.

I truly appreciated that you all were warm & professional, not to mention that you understand that I m on a fixed income. Thank you.

I appreciate being able to get quality care for my fur babies.

Just a few problems I had was whoever answers phones. I got different info from 2 different people and even when dropping off got different info from them than from person who actually took my dog. So, thinking office staff that is on phones need a little training. Your online scheduling is all messed up when I called which glad, I did to make sure it was correct. It could not be found. Then I get a call saying my online got canceled because of a problem and to please call to reschedule. Well, we had already been in a week before. Then the waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes I thought was a little much. There was only 1 person getting dogs when I first got there. After an hour another person showed, but if you are setting up appointments you should make sure enough people are there so customers do not have to wait that long. I expected maybe a 30-minute wait but not 1 hour 45 minutes. My dog pooped in my care because of the long wait. As I already had an hour drive to you and she was only 13 weeks old.

Everyone was fantastic, kind, and knowledgeable! I will definitely be back and will refer to everyone for their pet needs!

My only suggestion is when the pets are done. The paperwork should come out with them, one less step. Bring the pet out first having to go back to get the paperwork is a extra step that is not needed
