Made appt to pick up 6 months supply Advantage Multi for Kaboom. Brought copy of heartworm test from his vet as I do each time done 3 days prior but your rep very rudely argued with me would not give me meds. First time in 3 years had issue. I asked if process had changed she said no it had always been that way I told her not true. Kaboom gets his physical from his vet I bring copy for your file. Anyway I won t be coming there again. Very disappointed

Whenever I have called I ve had a lot of trouble getting through to someone. Also, the day of my dog s neutering I was parked in the wrong parking lot and calling and messaging trying to get some help or directions but wasn t able to.

When I called to ask about the feline leukemia vaccine, I was not told it required a booster 3 weeks later. That would have been very helpful as we are needing to board our cat the same day I could first schedule the booster.

While the drop off divide l service is super great, the lady behind me got out of her car to tell me to move because she had to leave. I said I didn t think I could get out of line so I wasn t moving. Also, when they came to get my dogs they seemed shocked that I was doing off 2 dogs. So, that was a little sloppy.

You need a better system. you are taking more appointments than you can handle. I was not seen until after an hour after my appointment time. It was a very hot day and my pets were getting stressed waiting in the heat. I couldnt run my A/C because I was in fear of running out of fuel, I had no idea I would need to run my car for well over an hour. Also you need to see people in the order that they arrive, customers that arrived 30 minutes after I did were leaving before I was seen.

Not a suggestion. But when I went to go pick up my dog after surgery, during the wait some ladies got into a heated argument and I have to say, the staff was great at handling the situation before it escalated even further. 10/10 for those involved & facility for not putting up with type of behavior.

I think the staff are VERY hard working and I love that my dog can get her vaccines, heart worm and flea meds without this single mom paying an absolute fortune. It is a great asset to KC. I thought the drive up was nice during covid. But spending 1.5 hours with my car running in 95+ degree heat, gas being at almost $5/gal, with an old dog and a 4 year old is not something I desire to do!! You’re sitting there breathing in the exhaust of 20 cars running continuously. I got a call that her heartworm test was inconclusive (which if I remember correctly isnt the first time in past years), but I want to take her to a vet because I don’t want to sit in the heat for an hour+ again.

I have taken my dog, Tripp, to Pet Resource Center since I first had him as a puppy. Have always been very happy about the service and staff, especially after Covid. Very professional and would highly recommend KCPRC.

The biggest issue is things always being late, I was given a time to be there of 1:05, and I was there for almost 30 minutes before anyone helped, it’s irritating to have a scheduled time that is completely inaccurate.

I appreciate Pet Resource taking good care of my pet. My only suggestion would be to be more on time. The last couple of times I have gone, we waited at least 30 minutes past our appt time. Very hard to do when pet is ready to leave.

you need to include maybe a paypal credit option when paying your bill. It gives you a 1000.00 interest free for 6 months. It is payed with same credit card used when paying your fees w/o paying that insulting surcharge you impose to use a credit card

Even though it took over an hour from our scheduled appointment time we were very well pleased. My A/C wasn t working in my car & the sweet girl brought me a bottle of cold water while Herbie was inside being cared for AND cooled off. Such caring people at all stages. Thank you one & all????

The price was definitely much more affordable than most veterinary hospitals. However, I believe It was wayyy too hot to conduct outside. Two hour wait at drop off and an hour and a half at pick up. Our pet was unable to get off the ground post surgery and my son ended physically carrying her to his car. She does seems to be doing fine two days post surgery.
