My only complaint is I was first told pick up was 230pm, and hen 2pm and then I get a text message say sing she was to be picked up no later than 1230pm… I didn’t even get the message until 1245pm and when I called in panic there was no one to talk to, then when I used the chat no one would answer back. So if you are going to use a chat someone needs to answer it or don’t have it as an option..

I waited 40 min to get checked in!While other people came after me and it seemed as if every car was getting taking care but mine!I had to get out and flag someone and ask what s going on!They replied the numbers got off!It made me question if I ever want to come back!!

I felt like the waiting process was a little crazy. I would dedicated a lane to specific visits. Example lanes 1 and 2 surgery lanes only. 3 and 4 vaccinations only. lane 5 vet appointments. overall a wonderful program. I just didn t expect to wait in my car for over and hour.

It feels good that we can take our fur babies to a place we can trust.

The staff did an excellent job and the whole process went very smoothly. I was very impressed. It ran like a well-oiled machine. Thank you so much for making it so easy for me and Willie , whether he liked the results or not. ??

We really like the service PRC provides. It is affordable and convenient. My only other observation is that your record keeping sometimes lags the testing and shots done at the visits. I recently received reminders to bring in a pet who you saw prior to the email. This month. Otherwise ALL GOOD. Thank you for all the work you do and services you make affordable so more ppets get the care they should.

Perhaps you could return phone calls or reply to text messages in a more timely basis. Other than that everything is excellent there.

My only issue was when I came to pick up my cats. The direction from the lady running the check in was very vague and a tad non friendly. Not a huge deal but other than that, everything was awesome!! The staff taking the animals were super friendly and gave me all the information I needed. My babies are doing great! And recovering quickly. Thank you for having a place that’s affordable and easy to go through! I appreciate everything you guys do! And I will definitely be leaving a donation here soon!

The people that came to get my pups are great but the customer service guy in the phone who called to verify every was a little rude and had an attitude when I asked him if there was a lower price package because I’m a fixed income, a mother student working pay check to pay check and I heard him change his voice and sarcastic gave me a response this is the second time this has happen when I’ve had to call, I felt humiliated and embarrassed. Sad part is I didn’t even get his name.

Excellent services

Already suggesting them to friends who need financial support and have pets! I wasn’t able to pay full price for my pets vaccinations and they worked with me ! The ability to sit and wait in my car for them to come get my kitty was really nice! I came at a busy time but I did not mind the wait because once they took my kitkat the whole time took around 5 minutes! Great interactions and customer service! Highly recommend!

Everyone moves so fast they didn’t talk to me about it and now I’m worried about my dogs after the surgery

We are extremely pleased with the neutering of our dog.

Why do you offer appointments when you have NO intention of honoring the appointment time? My time is as valuable as yours but when you leave me sitting in the parking lot for well over an hour, it will make me think twice before I return for my dogs annual visit next year, despite having relatively affordable prices. I would rather pay a few dollars more than feel disrespected by having to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my dogs to be seen.

I would highly recommend Pet Resources to all of my friends and family. We had our female cat spayed, microchipped and brought up to date on her shots. They did amazing!

KC Pet Resource Spay and Neuter was amazing. They were so helpful in answering all of my questions and even squeezing me back in the day after when my kitty opened up her incision a bit. I would highly recommend them. The listened to my worries and helped her then resolved quickly.

I have called and emailed after my visit. I was overcharged (the amount on my paid receipt was not the amount I was told my credit card would be charged, and the excess was added as a credit on my account.
