I am a single Mom and a dog owner. My finances are limited. I am also a nightshift worker so my time is also limited. I like coming to you because of the convenience of the different days and times at your Mobile events. The dogs are always treated well and with love. My only complaint would be with check in. When I explained my financial struggles the woman seemed annoyed. I tried to tell her I didn t need one of the vaccines because we never board our dogs. Apparently it didn t change the cost. After she saw how concerned I was with the price she removed one of the services, (a test I didn t ask for) to reduce the price. She still seemed annoyed. I tried explaining to her how hard it was this year because one of my dogs weren t here this time because she passed away not long ago and how much we miss her. She ignored me and told me to wait by my car. Made me feel bad for a situation I can t help.

Staff was very pleasant, schedule time was on point. Am very satisfied

This facility was awesome. I love how I do not have to go inside. The only negative remark would be to tell customers don’t come between 12 and one because you’re going to lunch. Unfortunately I got there at 12:15 and had to sit there for Well, actually an hour, if I would’ve known this, I would not of came at that hour

This process was easy and the prices can t be beat. The wait times for drop off & pick up are a bummer, but they are efficient, with the volume of clients needing services. All staff interactions we great. They were all so kind. Over all well done!

What I did not like is that I had to wait 1 hour to be seen, even though I made the appointment online, I hope next time it will be better.

Paying deposit was totally confusing. Should be able to select options. Like 50.00 deposit,pay in full or donation. Then a payment not gift. Really confusing the way setup now. Change would be helpful for future customers. Also arrived at appointment time and waited an hour. My cat was really stressed out. I used you on other car precovid.and understand . Thank you for what you do.

Everything was great, the only thing I have a comment about is I m a volunteer and if there s any kind of a discount for that, the individual who called for payment couldn t verify that. Other than that, everything was perfection!

Great streamline process for drop off and pick up!

I had an 8:55am appt & to pick up @3-3:30. My cat just went into surgery @ 3:00. I understand things happen but a phone call would have been helpful to know I didntneed to be there by 3-3:30.

Hands down the friendliest and best priced vet that I’ve found moving down to the KC area. Will definitely be back for different services in the future for my kitties!
