We have been using PRCKC for all 3 of our dogs spay/neuter and vaccination needs since we brought them home. While we love the Troost location, we are so happy to have the Olathe location which is much more conveniently located near our Lenexa home. All of the staff were friendly, quick, and very helpful as I had two of my dogs with me on my last visit. I especially appreciate the understanding and empathy of one staff member who made it clear that she understood my bit of anxiety about bringing my slightly leash reactive dog into the store with other dogs possibly nearby. We have always had great experiences with KCPRC and have done our best to spread the word every chance we get. We will definitely continue to do so in the future as well! Thank you!

Person called me as I waited in my car, had no idea anyone was calling me. I didn t answer first call. Then asked me questions I couldn t answer (I had no number on my car) then assumed I was paying by credit, which I wasn t. Very difficult to understand and kinda rude really. Maybe a little clarity at check in?

The staff handled the amount of people that was there for vaccinations with great efficiency.

The Dr that seen my special needs cat was AWESOME!!! I took her to a different vet earlier that day and they diagnosed her wrong! But Pet recourses, knew exactly and helped me with her!! Thank you so much for your time , and efforts and helping her to the road of recovery!!!

I tried to call and let know running late. No answer. Came to clinic and turned away… and they wouldn’t reschedule. Then I called three times and left number for call back and still no one has called back to reschedule. Still

As well as helping pet owners, Pet Resource also provides a valuable tool to the community by offering spay/neuter help to those providing support and care to the stray and feral communities in their neighborhoods. Ive been in contact a couple days trying to get my cat an amputation for an unusable arm. Everyone has been so kind, and they were just as kind in person! My kitty was well taken care of, and PRC even paid for his surgery! I m so happy with the whole experience
