I was told I would get a call at 2 when my dog was done being neutered, and I never received a call. I messaged the online portal at 230 with no response, and called at 245 and there were no notes that said amy updates. The woman on the phone went and checked on him and said Oh yeah, he s ready to be picked up . Where was my call or even a response online? When I ve tried to call its always 7-10 minutes wait time. My dog s cone broke and we tried calling in and the wait time to even reach someone was way too long and we had to hang up to get back to work. I get messages over the online portal and they say to call with questions... but when we do we cant get anyone. The drop off/pickup process could be made more smooth. I waiting 20 minutes after dropping my dog off to leave, because the lady in front of me wasnt helped. I ended up having to ask her to move her car so I could get to work. Very unprofessional. When I got there to pick up my dog, the wait once again was almost 30 minutes. The people we interacted with once we got to a person were always kind and professional. My dog is healing well and I m glad we got him neutered. I don t think I would come back to your business, but I do appreciate what you all do.

You guys are incredible. Thank you for taking such great care of Brenin and for even helping me out with his ear infection. I will be back soon to get my cat up-to-date with her shots. Thanks again - you guys are awesome!!!

I’m sure you all great. However I ended up leaving once I found out how the check in/visit was done. I’m not comfortable leaving my babes to go inside alone. Had I known that was the process and that I wasn’t going to be able to be seen with a vet, I wouldn’t have wasted valuable phone line and visit time. Thankfully I was able to visit a semi- rural vet in Grain Valley that was able to vax both of my boys and get my little one the heart meds that he needs. I realize I’m not you’re ideal client and thankfully I’m able to pay for other vet care…I do wish I would have known that it was more of a drive thru type situation. Thanks for all you do in the community. Unfortunately, we aren’t a fit..

The service you provide is at affordable costs is truly amazing. Thank you for all that the staff does. The only thing that I need to mention is this was our second appointment we paid for nail trims on our dogs and they didn t do them. I asked about it when they returned our dogs to our car and he said they were too busy and the time before a different person said my dogs wouldn t let them trim their nails. I paid with a credit card before the dogs had come back out to our car both times.

You guys were great! My dog can be a bit aggressive and unruly at times, but you guys took care of her like she was family. My ONLY issue was waiting in the lines. I would have to sit there for an additional 15 minutes after I was done to wait on the people in front of me. But I won t complain much about that because I understand the guidelines that we are under to keep everyone safe. I will definitely bring my pets here again

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and you can t beat the price. I have been going for years and still totally trust this staff with my babies

I had questions that I was not able to get answered during dogs appointments. I was told to call to speak with a vet. I tried calling but was not able to select an option that would allow me to speak with someone. I sent an email this afternoon that provided information about the questions I had and the information I was needing regarding the medications prescribed for the dogs as well as notes that were on one of my dogs paperwork regarding health issues he has. I am thankful the dogs were able to get their shots and heartworm tests but just felt like I left the appointment with some pretty important questions that I’ve been struggling to figure out how to get answered.

Very easy to schedule, get in early in the day, and people if you have the money....use them so they cam finance people that can t!

All the workers up there are so kind and take good care of my kitty, they are so sweet and helpful

I just want to say that I brought my Aria a couple days ago for shots and nail clipping. The nice gentleman that came out to get her was very nice. Also, she was really stressed and so he didn’t do her nails. He didn’t want to stress her anymore. I thought that was awesome, it just shows that he(they) care. He gave her a prescription for Trazadone for stressful situation. I don’t remember the guys name but I greatly appreciate you. You and your members are truly amazing. Aria is about to turn 4 and I haven’t taken her anywhere else. Spay and Neuter is the best!!! Thank you all!!!

I originally scheduled my appointment for 3 PM. It was changed to 2:50 PM without any explanation, if I hadn’t paid close attention to the confirmation email I probably wouldn’t have noticed. I arrived at 2:40 PM and was not seen until 3:20 PM. I think you need to work on appointment timing.

Both time I have been to the clinic Luna and I have been greates with kindness. When Luna is returned to me she is just as happy as she was when we came to the clinic. That s means so much to me. Thank you for loving my baby like she was your own

Staff was very annoyed and while I was asking questions staff rushed my tech on to another be person. Staff was impatient with my pup and wants to drug a 17 week old pup before treatment. I won t return

My dog Max and I had a horrible experience. First of all it was very hard to know where to go to check in. The people who checked me in were not very friendly or helpful. My dog has experienced trauma early in his life so I explained on the phone that he would need me to stay with him. They assured me on the phone that I could go in with my pet. When I arrived there they rudely told me I couldn’t and when my dog started barking because they approached him quickly and aggressively. They harshly told me they would have to muzzle my dog . I ended up leaving and did not allow them to see my dog.I was not going to allow him to be traumatized. I asked for a refund but did not receive a receipt showing I received one so I hope I received it. Overall it was a bad experience and I will never go back or recommend to others.

Especially excited that I found this place to spay my 3 kittens. You all were wonderful and I will definitely recommend to all fur babies parents. Thank you again.
