And having the Westlake Wednesdays, it was very convenient to only have to drive a few miles to Parkville then further south to the main office! The staff I was helping me from appointment thru the Dr were very friendly and helpful.

We will not EVER come here again. The check in procedures are nothing short of an absolute nightmare. The outside staff was extremely rude, the way she handled our dog was horrific. She obviously Is not comfortable around dogs. The staff upon pick up did not take any time to explain or answer questions, it was just here are the papers and here is your pet.

This was such an efficient and pleasant experience. From beginning to end it was wonderful. Thanks for taking such good care of pot roast!

both kittens pulled off their cones as soon as we got home. I tried to put it back on, but he pulled it off again. I m just monitoring the incision and at this point, they haven t messed with it.
