I am so thankful for the services you provide. Your staff are friendly and these services are desperately needed at such a savings! My only suggestion is to allow us to access heartworm test results online or have them emailed so we can provide them to the Vet. Thank you for all you do!

car ahead of us in line had several dogs so we were done before them. Then thanks to a tech, she asked them if they would move out so we could leave. But we did set there for 30 minutes or so. Otherwise I thought everything was well handled.

One lead staff to expedite and direct. When I came for pickup. No one in shack. I parked in wrong line and got stuck in it. Then no one came out. I finally went inside and got me and an older man help. But overall. Wow I was impressed! A++

I waited 45 mins and still wasn’t seen yet. Would recommend scheduling appropriately. Also, the “call center” for scheduling. I was told “can’t help you speak with staff” and hung up on twice. Another time I was still trying to explain situation and was put on hold mid sentence. Just unprofessional, immature staff.

I have used your services 3 times now and am so highly impressed. I highly admire your work and care for all of these animals. Thank you for everything you provide and do for our furry friends.

Only thing I would suggest is on the lines to pick up maybe have the out going in one and dropping off in another. Over all experience was not bad at all. Thanks

I am very frustrated by the service. The 8:20am appointment was over an hour in the drop off line. At pick up the puppy was rushed to my car and the dog peed all over my car, he had no chance to go before getting stuffed into my car. I couldn’t clean it up as the young girl had to get through her talk.

Everything was awesome. Took great care of my pet!

For this particular appointment, everyone was amazing. The operator I spoke to later in the day to schedule a dental appt. was challenging to deal with. I did not feel heard or respected. I ve already addressed with a supervisor.

I waited an hour after my appointment time until my dog was seen. Please don’t overbook appointment times!!

I think your mobile service and the way you have people stay in their cars at the 59th & Troost location is AWESOME! And not to mention, the cost savings! Getting my puppy spayed for $165 verses $600 was GREAT. I ve already referred to you other people & will continue to do so. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE!
