On the morning of the appointment for Munchkin, I was again unable to catch her for the appointment. Your customer service team was inflexible, causing me to lose my prepaid service. I m still quite unhappy about this.

I was highly satisficed. Top notch friendliness and my heart was filled when the employees referred to my dogs as my Kiddos !!!

We were charged because our dog was overweight . When we asked about this, the tech couldn t give an appropriate response. She was not overweight. This was an additional $40 fee that we were not told about prior to surgery. I was able to make the payment, but it put our family behind on bills for this week, so thank you for not explaining possible charges. Also, if you guys are going to claim a dog is overweight, you should be able to state what weight that dog SHOULD be, not give some silly there was extra fat so it was slippery we think reason. We paid for our services IN FULL and gave extra for another family and I feel like we were taken advantage of. It s a gross feeling.

It was very organized and I can tell they treated the pets with care. It was also very reasonably priced. Though the wait is long to drop off even with an appointment it took about an hour to drop off my dog.

I have been coming I get 10 year picture a couple of years ago. I am a believer.

PRKC was amazing! Staff was friendly and kind with my dog. She healed really fast from her spay. I would recommend you to anyone!

I never heard of Pet Resources until my daughter told me about this center she had several cats and dogs,highly recommend.

My visit on Monday was very pleasant. I received the services I needed at a very affordable price and the staff in the parking lot were lovely. I expected to wait, so the waiting part was easy. I am grateful to have discovered KCPRC, because you make it possible for me to afford and enjoy a pet in my later years. Thank you

The email information provided and the text message(s) receive are a little confusing - email about appoinment/reminder and then getting a text saying between 10a-2p kind of makes it seem like it s first come first service. Also, I was under the impression that we were to stay in the vehicle and that someone would come and discuss the pet and then take the pet inside -- this is not the case. You park, go inside, and wait until you are able to be helped. Would really like to be able to go back w/ pet so that questions, concerns and education can be provided to me by the vet.

It was a very positive experience. You are very organized. The young woman who took my kittens and returned them to me was so happy and positive that I felt my kittens were safe in her hands. I loved the videos explaining everything and all the information you provide. I am totally impressed. And I love that you work to keep people and their pets together. Many people do not understand how important pets can be for people s mental health.

I believe I have found my new vet!

Everyone was extremely helpful and understanding. Our dog struggles with anxiety that results in unpredictability and sometimes aggression (which gives us a lot of anxiety anytime she has to go out), but the staff helped us by getting her inside and knocked out quickly. They were sweet toward her and she was anxious but didn t have any negative reactions aside from some barking. She is doing great since the surgery and we were very grateful that Pet Resource could help us.

I’m am grateful for the low cost service versus the same service at a vet clinic. However I feel that it is not practicing good safety by using the same leash on every dog or letting the 5 month old puppy walk when he has never been on a leash before and I stated that to them. My puppy is having a bad bad reaction I guess Bc he was fine on Friday after shot and woke up Sunday morning vomiting and soft poo. Barely drinking water at all. I don’t know what to do Bc I can’t afford a vet clinic especially for parvo treatment. So scared my puppy is very sick. It’s great you offer these services I just feel for small puppies more precaution should be taken.
