Our first visit and the check in was flawless and organized. The lady calling to confirm and take our payment was lovely and we will be back. The tech who took our puppy inside was kind and efficient. So happy our friend told us about you!

They scheduled an appointment for me at 2:00 p.m. and they attended me at 3:10 p.m. 1 hour and 10 minutes late, everyone s time is valuable, be more aware of the time of others, 30 minutes of waiting is reasonable, but 1 hour is too much

As I waited in my car I saw a food delivery from Jimmy Johns. The founder and owner Jimmy John Liautaud was an unrepentant big game hunter. I know he sold the business 7 years ago and I know he organized and participated in legal big game hunts. Legal or not it is morally reprehensible and I have boycotted his restaurants and taught my children to do the same with this any any other actions I or they deem morally questionable…toward humans and all beasts of this planet

When I called the main support line, it wasn’t the most positive experience, but it certainly wouldn’t keep me from returning. Everyone at the event was wonderful and the emails and messages from Laura were very helpful.

The cars should be lined up in the order by which their animals will be taken in and/or returned to them. It was a bit chaotic Wednesday.

I was disappointed that when my cat was taken they called her name and when they brought her back they had a different cat s paperwork and had done what was requested for the other cat.

We have been using PRCKC for all 3 of our dogs spay/neuter and vaccination needs since we brought them home. While we love the Troost location, we are so happy to have the Olathe location which is much more conveniently located near our Lenexa home. All of the staff were friendly, quick, and very helpful as I had two of my dogs with me on my last visit. I especially appreciate the understanding and empathy of one staff member who made it clear that she understood my bit of anxiety about bringing my slightly leash reactive dog into the store with other dogs possibly nearby. We have always had great experiences with KCPRC and have done our best to spread the word every chance we get. We will definitely continue to do so in the future as well! Thank you!

Person called me as I waited in my car, had no idea anyone was calling me. I didn t answer first call. Then asked me questions I couldn t answer (I had no number on my car) then assumed I was paying by credit, which I wasn t. Very difficult to understand and kinda rude really. Maybe a little clarity at check in?

The staff handled the amount of people that was there for vaccinations with great efficiency.

The Dr that seen my special needs cat was AWESOME!!! I took her to a different vet earlier that day and they diagnosed her wrong! But Pet recourses, knew exactly and helped me with her!! Thank you so much for your time , and efforts and helping her to the road of recovery!!!

I tried to call and let know running late. No answer. Came to clinic and turned away… and they wouldn’t reschedule. Then I called three times and left number for call back and still no one has called back to reschedule. Still
