This is the first time I have had a tiny dog. I was given a $30 discount card if I had my puppy fixed before May 27th that would make her 6 months. She only weighs 5 lbs. I am a little concerned but have no one to voice my concerns to because I didn t get to speak to the vet. I would really like more information, I have heard that it s better to wait until the little pups are closer to a year. I do appreciate the $30 off but I want to make sure that it s the safest and best choice for my little Yorkie.

My appointment time was at 1110am and didn t get my dog in to get shots until 1140am. That s the only thing I was not happy about.

I have a question: you gave me a Sentinel Spectrum Chew for Baxter on 3/30/22 was I supposed to give that to him now or in 30 days? Please send me a text to my phone if possible, as I don t remember. I think it s really convenient for Kansas City residents that s in the inner city of Kansas City it s affordable the location it s easy to find and the staff members are so friendly that it makes you feel like you re talking to a family member I recently bring my puppy more up there I have two ladies come out to greet mode and taking me in to get his puppy vaccines one of the ladies came back at us you talked to me about about him and answered any questions I had about him I m definitely going back for all the other vaccines for him thank you so much for supporting our community

Pet Resource is a great facility for pet care needs. It operates like a well oiled machine. Staff were very professional, friendly, and informative.

First of all, your staff actually came to my house to vaccinate the 6 cats I care for. I couldn t be more impressed with your staff s ability to work with my cats and the stray cats that I look after. Your staff was helpful, professional, attentive, and calming as I was stressed due to not being able to put most of these cats in a carrier and didn t know what to expect. Thank you so much for helping me take good care of these homeless furballs!
