I had questions about the neuter of my cat, and the possible scrotum issue. I sent two text messages with photos, as I was told to do, but no one ever got back to me. My recommendation is to hire/get a volunteer as a receptionist to answer the phone every time it rings, take a message. Much more appreciated than leaving a voice mail message that never gets returned either. Even better....have a volunteer call each spay/neuter to ask if everything is ok....and if there are any questions. Thank you.

They gave suggestion to use low cal food as cats wt too high.

Pet Resource Center is a great! They are friendly and very inexpensive. I’ve been taking my puppy there and they are by far the best!

I usually take Buck to my longtime veterinarian; however, due to scheduling constraints I was recommended to your services. Every staff member I came in contact with was helpful and friendly. The surgery was quick and so was a full recovery. I ll definitely recommend PRCKC to others in the future.

Only problem was waiting until 4:40 for my pet to come out without knowing if anything was wrong or why she wasn’t ready to come out yet. I didn’t mind waiting, just wish I had known it was fine so I wasn’t worried in the parking lot

It was wonder service..... quick suggestion maybe signs of appointment times where people can pull in that spot to know order to come to cars....

I think what you guys do is amazing, the service you provide to the community is unmatched. Everytime the subject of pets and vaccinating comes up. I let everyone know of my experiences with you guys. Its shame i didnt make the change from the over priced vet i used to go to. Harlem (doggo) and I love what you all do.

They were very nice. They made sure I understood everything.

I have had to get a few animals fixed and I think they by far did the best and were the cheapest and I think made it the most comfortable for my animal.

My father picked up my dog afterwords and the person tried to tell my dad that it would be an extra $40. He obviously didn’t have it since he wasn’t prepared and the person only wanted cash. We never received a call about the extra money or the possibility of extra money was never discussed. I believe the person was trying to scam my dad for money and since it didn’t happen they just dropped it. Very unprofessional and makes me weary to continue services. Otherwise the staff was great but that’s something to look into.
