My only complaint would be that it is difficult to get an appointment as soon as I need one. I realize this is not the fault of this vet because all vets seem to be struggling with this.

I feel our kittens are going in the right direction and were treated like precious clients.

I am always pleased with my visits there. My dogs have always gotten good treatment on their visits.

I love my BVH family and appreciate all they do!

Kayla and Dr. Kryor did a fantastic job with my 2 Australian shepherd girls. This was their first time at the clinic and they were very scared. Dr. Kryor spent a lot of time earning their trust. I have to say that I think my one skittish Aussie was a different dog the next day. It seemed like she was calmer and more confident. It was also nice to be present during the visit. Great job everyone.

We love all of the doctors and assistants. They have been so great to us over the years and we wouldn t take our fur baby anywhere else. Dr. Baker saved our Lab s life more than once with her persistence to figure out her issues. This is a fantastic place to take your pets. Highly recommend!!

Seamless until the next day when I returned to pick up Alfie’s medicine. No response to text or voicemail that I was in spot 1. Called another number a d voice mail. Checked box outside door and med not there. In desperation knocked on door, no one visible, then someone appeared an said had been in a meeting. Understand but cannot go radio silent!

Everything is always great and my dogs have always enjoyed coming to Bargersville Vet Hospital. Everyone is always very nice. I will be glad when I can come in again, though. I would rather be inside with my dog.

Cindy has always taken the time to explain anything regarding my fur-babies during an appointment. It is normally not easy t get an appointment with her unless it s out a ways. She is very busy. I would rather see her vs anyone else if I have a choice. I have confidence in her and have been with her almost since the beginning with my dog, Shaggy. I don t like not having a choice of who see s my dogs during an emergency. Nor always being sent somewhere else. It didn t use to be this way.

I know Covid forced your hand at all of this but we love being able to wait in our car for our appointment. It takes the pressure off us making sure our dogs aren’t unruly around other dogs or people. I’m sure not everyone likes that but we really appreciate it. Thank you for getting champs meds ready so quickly!

Vet tech was amazing and sweet. My dog got extremely car sick and she brought me some paper towels and trash bags to clean up while she took my pups in! The vet was extremely thorough and explained everything perfectly and was very nice to my 2 dogs. It was my first time coming and I wont ever go anywhere else! They truly went above and beyond for my animals and I.

The office needs someone available to answer phones. I always have to leave a message for a call back when in all actuality that is the time I have to speak to someone during your office hours. It would be more convenient to have someone answer the phone instead of waiting for a call back. That is my only request for improvement. Everyone is so nice and helpful, I trust taking my furbabies there, but getting in touch with someone is difficult at times.

Everyone is kind and always treats you as the most important person there is. Everyone takes their time to make sure you understand the information.
